The place is kind acceptable, very dark with no windows even though it has lights. The food was not great. We (2 people) ordered the orchata with strawberry, it tasted like medicine. For food we ordered the enchiladas with fried drumstick and the sopa birria, to be honest, it was salty with no flavor. We ate it inside we had to leave the all the food. To us, this place is no worth to try. The only positive review we could say is that the service was very nice to us.

I cannot say enough about Las Mangonadas Locas. I am from Georgia and on my most recent trip to Houston I decided to give Las Mangonadas Locas a try. I am so glad I did. My party and I ordered menudo, gorditas, birria tacos, and birria Ramen. EVERYTHING was superb! The menudo and birria tacos were definitely the stars of the show though! If you are in Houston, you MUST try Las Mangonadas Locas at least once!

Definitely one of the best food spots in Houston! I always go with family/friends and they love every item they get. Prices are very fair and the wait for items is long, but definitely worth it. If you get the opportunity to dine in, I would do so. Fresamangolava, Quesadillas, and Mangonadas are top favorites.
