This is my 4th chain Middle Eastern restaurant I tried in Charlotte. Even though the restaurants have great aesthetics and customer service I have yet to find a middle eastern restaurant in Charlotte that is like the ones in NYC. Everyone here was very friendly and the food was good. But it is not the same as the mom and pop restaurants in NYC. I got the bowl with rice and the chicken tenders. The garlic and taziki sauce was delicious. The prices are decent.

I’ve ordered a chicken bowl, a falafel-stuffed pita and a crispy chicken-stuffed pita and all of them were fantastic. The chicken was flavorful and tender.Falafel was perfectly crispy outside and mushy inside. The plain pita bread was so fresh, delicious and one of the best I’ve had. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.

We absolutely LOVE Naf Naf! We try something new every weekend, and Naf Naf instantly won us over on the first of many visits since!
The service is spot on, especially for new customers who have no idea what or how to order. (I go all out on the spicy dishes.)
And the bathrooms were spotless! That’s important.

Let me tell you what. This place provides quality service and delicious food. I have a difficult time finding places to eat because of a food allergy, and an even harder time speaking to employees about their menu. Not here. I called up and they gave me all the time in the world to discuss each item I was interested in, and double made sure I could eat it! Now I order them every other week. As a grad student who works and has a full life, it is so nice to be able to rely on an establishment who maintains quality, has fresh food items, great prices, and honestly some of the funnest and tastiest french fries I have had in a while. Bless you Naf Naf! Your food helps me through all my hardest days <333333

I got the falafel pita, was able to choose the toppings form the salad bar. The pita was thin and fresh. Loved the purple cabbage and picked onions. Reminds me of the falafels Ai grew up eating in Brooklyn. The lentil soup was also great. The baklava was okay. They are located in a shopping center with lots of parking and seating. Definitely vegetarian/vegan friendly.

Love, love, love Naf Naf! Think Chipotle for middle eastern food. My favorite is the lentil soup. Fresh pita bread is delicious. We get the bowls with chicken or steak, hummus, rice, red cabbage, cucumbers, and sumac onions and it never disappoints. Staff is helpful, friendly, and patient. Wish there were more of these around.

Anabella and Andrew were a fantastic team of servers!! It was my first time and they were so kind and friendly to answer all my questions.
I love that they have the plate option to get 2 proteins (bowl is just 1 protein). The spicy hummus was AMAZING!
When I ordered the lentil soup they recommended the Moroccan sauce that went with it. The lentil soup was delicious but even more delicious with the Moroccan sauce that had cinnamon.
Music: could use middle eastern music instead of American pop music
I totally recommend this place with more of a Moroccan flavor! I keep coming back and have eaten here multiple times in one month. The reward system / app is GREAT.

The food was fantastic, fresh in-house made bread and sauces. All the food is fresh made. We tried the Falafel, a bowl with steak, combo plates with chicken Shawarma, and steak. The lentil soup is also very good. Try the green homemade hot sauce and garlic sauce. All the sauces are great

Our New find!! My favorite menu item is the Pita. The Pita’s must be house made. The pocket is perfect for the crunchy yet soft on the inside but not too dense falafels. This trip we decided to just get Falafel & Pita with a few sauces because we had fixings.
I’m not a big fan of the Garlic sauce, my husband likes. It’s a flavor taste preference.
This is our second trip and we are for sure making part of our rotation. Yum Yum

Very tasty meals – all the ingredients are high quality. I expected the chicken shawarma to be very good because it’s on all the signs (and it was) but we thought the falafel and the pitas were exceptional. The ‘fries’ are these really airy chip shaped things that are really good. Kids meals are slightly pricy but the portions were great and I got to try some of everything they had after they were full. Would 100% make this a regular stop.
