As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service is super bad here I was waiting to get ice on my cup and they ignored me. I was standing in line for 10 minutes and the cashier knew I was standing there and didn’t do anything. Never go

Where do I start? First the area around the “restaurant” is less than appealing. The service just sucked, sorry. The proprietor was not helpful or friendly. There was a commercial about a brisket burger (hamburger with brisket). It was not on any menu. I had to ask about it. Of course the reality was nothing close to the commercial. First the burger is TINY! Then he puts like a teaspoon of minced up brisket. Was it tasty? Yes, it was. But not worth the price. I rarely am so negative – I try to be honest and precise. I would not go back, at least not this location.

There was only one woman working. This included taking orders, as well as preparing the food. She was very polite and did her best. Her positive attitude earned them 2 stars.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this place had the worst service when I went. The woman at the counter had headphones in and was watching Netflix on her phone. When I walked up to the counter to order she didn’t even notice me. I stood there for a whole minute before she looked up from her phone and noticed I was there. When she took my order she wasn’t friendly and left her headphones in the whole time. As I was swiping my card to pay she went straight back to watching Netflix. As someone who has worked in fast food before I understand what it is like to be bored at work but if a customer is standing right in front of you and ready to order and you are too busy watching your show to notice and then don’t even attempt to apologize then that is just really poor service. A guy who was cooking in the back saw me standing there too and didn’t bother to tell her. The fries were also bad. Hopefully they have better management now but I won’t be back.

Cheap food for a good price. The fries are awesome and this place is very generous with their portion sizes. The burgers and sandwiches are reasonably priced. This place is really good for a quick bite. The ice cream and smoothies are really good too. Great Burger place to visit in Haymarket.

While still having delicious food, the speed of set ice is hit or miss. The speakers are also difficult to understand especially if the server has a strong accent. The fries are still amazing though!

Checkers was amazing. It was my first time and although they didn’t have the strawberry ice cream, I understand,life is tuff, but the hamburger and vanilla cone saved my life. I was really hungry and on a budget. This is blessed. Thank you Checkers in Walmart in Virginia

Ordered a burger with bacon and onion rings on it. When I opened the burger it only had bacon. When I took it back to the counter they told me I got what I ordered. I said does this look like that picture. They said yes it does. I explained the problem and they told me we are out of onion rings. I then stated why did I pay for a sandwich they could not make. Then the girl stated wait let me check. She found the onion rings and had to cook them. Angers me that this was even an issue. You should be able to get what you order without an ordeal or argument. Very disappointed!

The location does not provide safe /adequate room for people to dine outside at the tables. Way too close to the drive thru traffic. Seems like this restaurant was rushed to open and thoughful planning went out the window!
