Had shrimp tacos with chips and salsa for lunch today at Wildcats and it was delicious! Other items on the menu included an assortment of salads, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, ribs, chicken…seems to be a well rounded menu and there’s a bar if you’d like a beer, wine or cocktail. The restaurant was very clean, service was friendly. Food was a little slow coming out but have dealt with worse. Looking forward to trying out an evening of food, beer and shooting pool with friends in the near future. Richlands really needed a place like this and I plan to do my part to help them succeed.

Today 9/25/16 we went to eat at WILDCAT BAR AND GRILL in Richlands! Our first experience here was a nightmare but we decided to give them another try. Well, I received my burger finally after my children had almost finished eating. Thank GOD this was my first bite. The entire end piece of a wire grill brush was cooked into my food! It cut the roof of my mouth and scratched up the inside of my top lip. We informed the waitress and I asked to speak to a manager. Well our waitress said the owner was there and she would send her over immediately. After waiting and waiting the waitress came back and told us “I spoke with the owner and she said there is nothing she can do about it, it was part of the grill brush and she will comp your meal.” WELL I GUESS SHE WOULD SINCE I COULDN’T EAT IT, and when she said comp your meal, she meant my plate of food, They even charged me for my drink! This woman didn’t even have the decency to come over and apologize or even show her face!!! I am absolutely disgusted and will be singing this experience from the roof tops! Please, please share this, so other people will know what I went through and how I was treated. It was literally all I could do, not to get sick all over the table. We had 3 children and a handicapped family memeber with us who could have easily had this in their food and none of them would have known to spit it out!! I am going to the health department for a tetanus shot and I have very detailed pictures that will be reported.

I went to the bathroom after ordering and waitress had put a napkin over my food that had already come out. Turkey club and fries were good. Not sure it’s worth $8 though…
