I called on Friday at 3:50 pm and ordered 5 wedges, and a medium pizza to be delivered at 6 pm. 6:20 they call to apologize for running behind that they just took our food out of the oven and would be there in 10 minutes. I said that’s ok. They arrive around 6:30, all 5 wedges were cold and completely soggy. The pizza was also cold. I think our bill before tip was 78.00 then we gave an 18.00 tip. I’ll just be picking my pizza up from Pizza Joes from now on.

Ordered for dinner tonight and got a steak salad which was ice cold and the fries were almost hard. Ordered cheddar bacon fries and I wish i could post a picture of what they looked like because I can’t believe someone would ever sell something that looked the way it did. wow do better

I called and placed an order for a pizza, I was told the order would be delivered within 45 minutes, I told the lady on the phone I would be paying with a $100 bill to make sure the drive had change. 1.5 hours goes by and no food has been delivered. I called in a gentleman answered the phone and said the food would be leaving. Almost 2 hours late the food finally arrives, the driver stated she did not have enough change they only carry $20 because of safety concerns. When I received my food it was cold to the touch. I called back into the pizza shop and spoke with Amanda and expressed my concern on how I told whoever took my order that I would need change for $100 bill, her response was the drivers shouldn’t have to tell me how much money they have…. I replied I never asked how much money the driver had, I stated if this was an issue on bringing the correct change I should have been told upfront and I would not have ordered from here. Also the pizza was so cold from sitting for at least 1.5 hours. Once my concerns were voiced to Amanda her response was I just refunded your whole order…. To which I replied you clearly didn’t listen to anything I stated because I have no idea how you can issue an electronic refund on cash. DO NOT recommend ordering here.
FYI there was no cussing at all it’s shameful your response included a false narrative . If the pizza wasn’t cold then why would I have called to begin with? I never once asked for my money back or even for you to remake the food.

Since google asked me to leave a review I will. First, the menu prices were different than the actual ring up price, which they honored. As for the food. The cheese on the loaded fries was burned solid. The chicken sub had very little chicken, the tomatoes were too thick and there were a few pieces of lettuce cores on it. The ham sub was mostly the same. This is of course my opinion and not worth $39. Eating places have gone down hill and it reminds me why I like to cook at home. On a positive note, the employees were friendly.
