One star review here been trying to get ahold of this jersey Mike’s store but I keep getting told cannot be connected. I ordered an item and added extra meat and bacon for the 3 dollar upcharges each and they didnt even add that. And now I cannot get ahold of them. Choice customer service there

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s location I have ever been to, figures it would be the one close to where I live. I work all over the Tampa area and I frequent different Jersey Mike’s locations all the time and I never have a problem except for this location. I actually stopped ordering here about six months ago because I got tired of them always fumbling my order. Recently, I decided maybe it had been long enough and I could try them again. Maybe they’d have their act together but no, they’re still terrible. I ordered four sandwiches through the app for pick up. They gave me a bag that had three sandwiches in it. I go back inside. Say hey where’s my other sandwich? They said oops they gave it to somebody else by accident. They start remaking the one sub that was missing. while I’m waiting, I checked the other three subs in my bag and all three of them were wrong, missing ingredients or wrong sub entirely. Ridiculous. If you’re in this area and you wanna sub, I recommend firehouse right across the street.

Deleted my previous review because of how atrocious this store has become, it used to be my favorite restaurant to stop in and get food quick that was worth the price. Now they skimp out on the sandwiches, have such an attitude, take literally forever for a single sandwich that isn’t even made properly, and can’t even keep the place clean like it used to be. It’s like they threw all standards and common sense out the window. Any good management/ownership would not let their store get as run down as this one has. I would much rather drive several minutes out of my way to go to a different location with hopefully more integrity than have to come back here.

This location had to of either changed ownership or management a few months back. I used to be able to walk in and get food quick, they’d be accommodating to substitutions, and it was overall a great, clean environment. Now though, it has really gone downhill. I placed an online order and got there at the time it said to on the app and there were no less than 7 other people waiting on their orders. I finally left with my order 20 MINUTES AFTER the promised time, only to find them made wrong when I got home. Tables were dirty and it really felt as if the employees had no idea what they were doing nor had any hustle to get it done. Really a shame as this place used to be a quality spot.

I wasnt even getting a sandwich. I was getting just a chip and drink since i made an online order and forgot to add it on. When I grabbed the items i went to the register and waited to pay and one of the employees said “are you going to order or what?” In a rude tone of voice. I will never be returning to this location. The store was also not the cleanest from what it used to be. I noticed a decline in august and this last visit the other day confirmed i would not be returning.
