Placed delivery order and had to deal with super unpleasant girl answering the phone. My order showed up missing a pizza and the driver said he would be right back. Had to call 30 minutes later to see what was going on and the same rude employee answered the phone and let me know it would be out with the next round of deliveries…. Without even an apology or acknowledging they did anything wrong. I waited 2 hours for this small cheese pizza and I live 3 minutes away from the business. Most of the food was decent but the small cheese was undercooked and greasy, even after all that waiting.

Awesome lunch! Woman working behind the counter was super friendly and accommodating. She Made sure tables were clean before we sat down. Food was delicious and fresh! Chicken finger plate and steak sub were huge portions that we took the rest for leftovers. Best chicken in YEARS

Normally have a decent experience but last time I ordered the pizza wasn’t delivered. I called in after two hours and after explaining the situation the guy on the phone told me that it had been delivered already. I tried to explain it hadn’t been but he told me “Well, I trust him more than you, so have a good night.” 20 bucks down the toilet.

Little different than we are used to. Usually you sit and someone takes your order. Here you go to the counter and order and then sit down. 1 plate each is not enough to sop up the grease that comes off the pizza. Had to ask for utensils because it was so hot. The pizza itself was great especially if you like Greek pizza. The sauce was very tasty. Comparable to CT pizza.

I went to order online and get my usual sub and large fry. the order was ignored. now I’m waiting on a refund because even tho it wasn’t put through the money still comes out. next i go down to the restaurant to order it in person cause i figured maybe they were busy. when i went there, they had one table eating. i once again asked for my normal sub Stk and Chz with lettuce pickles olives mustard and bacon with a large fry. i was told they dont put olives in subs. which i thought was weird because i ALWAYS get them in them when i order it. and i have for over a year. The lady at the register talked to the manager who said he has NEVER heard of that order so i wont be getting olives. i said ok thank you anyway im just gunna cancel the order. as i was walking away the lady at the front had a huge attitude about me not wanting food because i didn’t get olives on my sub. which yep. that’s why i don’t want your food. because i always get it and all i got was attitude instead. so i will no longer be spending my money here. which is unfortunate because the subs are my fav.

There response was it was busy….i went there and there was 3 people sitting at the table. seems like excuses for poor customer service.

Common curiosity and hospitality is dead at Downtown Pizza. On Saturday 2/4 around 3pm (if management or ownership wants to figure out who this individual is), I called to preorder 15 pizzas for a 6pm pick up (kids party). I also called the day before to ask if they could accommodate and was told yes.

Me: “I like to order 15 pizzas for pickup at 6pm”
Male employee: “that’s not happening” and hung up

No empathy, no explanation. I wouldn’t have written this if he said they were busier than expected or they were short staffed and couldn’t accommodate my order. I ordered from another local restaurant that was happy to accommodate. They will be receiving a 5 star for their service and the pizza was excellent (Tartaglia’s Pizza).

I don’t think I’ve ever had such rude service. I was told “you want 5 pizzas during our busiest time?!” So I called Village Pizza in Ashland and they were happy to take my order.

Super juicy pizza. Just what one would expect from a pizza place: cheesy, juicy, and greasy. A bit on the expensive side, I paid $26 for 2 small pizzas, and would’ve had to pay $39 for 2 large pizzas, but still an enjoyable experience nonetheless.

The staff were friendly and super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something tasty

Staying in NH on vacation. We called for delivery. They said they only deliver within 5 miles. We checked on google maps and it was 4.2 miles. The girl put me on hold and said “we are backed up for the super bowl so it’s a little too far for tonight. Any other night just call back.” It’s an 8 minute drive. We live in a busy city and restaurants will drive 25 minutes to deliver to you. You would expect further delivery in a place where the homes are so far apart. I’m not sure why they would be willing to lose business over 3 more minutes on a drive. Kind of crazy and unheard of. Obviously just did not feel like delivering to us.
