Not a bad place. Had a bit of communication troubles but thats to be expected. My order took ten minutes. I got General Tso’s Chicken, vegetables spring roll, and beef fried rice. The chicken was alright, its had a sweet sauce. I prefer mine to be crisper 6/10.The beef rice doesn’t have much flavor, I like mine salty, spicy, and oily. I want to feel my cholesterol go up and sweat pour down my back while I eat fried rice 4.5/10. The Spring rolls are nice and crispy on the outside. The first bite gave me great satisfaction 8.5/10. Not bad I’ll come back again when I’m in Edwardsville.

Ive been coming here for about 4 years now and have tried the entire menu, the owners are amazing and sweet and the customer service is always top notch. The veggies are always fresh and the food is always hot. I’m only giving 4 stars because the food is inconsistent sometimes, the lo mein is filled with flavor one day and then I’ll switch it up for a bit and get the lo mein again and it’s less flavorful and it’s only after 2 or 3 orders that it gets its quality back again. The portions are good unless it’s seafood which is confusing because they charge more for the seafood options but give less “meat” then they would with the regular options so there’s no sense in even paying more. The eggrolls/spring rolls are phenomenal but I have on occasion gotten one from some old oil that needed changing. The highlight of the show is their soups, they’re always flavorful and hearty.

Very tasty food. Definitely a bit different (in a good way) in comparison to other regional Chinese restaurants. They bring an authentic recipe to their food, and you need to give it a try. Convenient off street parking to run in for your take-out, and the food is always fresh and made timely without long waits. Extensive menu selection, so it won’t be hard to find something you’ll like. I give them five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They sent the wrong order so I called them and I was told a manager would call me back. I waited 20 minutes with no callback so I called them again and they didn’t answer. I called back 3 more times(clearly they have caller id) and they still wouldn’t pick up the phone. Luckily, doordash refunded me as otherwise I would have spent $22 on eggrolls. I will not be supporting a dishonest business any longer.

Best for takeout, Entrance is not handicap friendly. Parking area is on opposite side of public entry door and no real walkway to enter. The step is clumsy and has no handrail. Thankfully it is only one step, albeit a chunky concrete step and a higher landing into the store. There is not much of an atmosphere, at least none intentional. Service was hurried female at register seemed rushed. There was one other customer waiting for pickup, don’t know if there were other orders. I believe they are worth another try though. The food was decent and as expected.

I have been ordering from Apple Asian Fusion for years! By far the best food around and until tonight, I never had issues.
You would think after being a customer for so long and never having an issue, a problem would be dealt with swiftly. This was not my experience.
Simply, 2 forgotten egg rolls and the restaurant lied to us and did not resolve the issue without me making 3 calls.
Yes, people suck and lie, but I never had an issue before, why would you not believe me?
I called 10-15 minutes after our food was delivered to let you know I hadn’t received 2 egg rolls. I didn’t care, but my s.o. did. I was told by a female manager that they were on their way.
Nope.
2 hours passed and I call to find out nothing was coming because the woman I spoke to decided they were in the bag and I was lying.
I do not understand why a restaurant would think we would lie over 2 egg rolls.
It took hours to get them to the house.
I honestly did not care until I was called a liar.
I love the food. I love our delivery driver. I do not understand why I would be called a liar after years of having no issues ♀️

New update: they reprocessed the card(the following day) without the tip…. after the owner said they refunded me….
Update: got our refund… manager never called back but money is nice.
Ordered Lunch specials online from their website. Nowhere does it list that Crab rangoons are part of it. Apparently its sent as an appetizer for the lunch special. Fast forward to our food being delivered with shellfish inside the bag with the rest of the food. so wel call to call to say our food is contaminated. Due to allergies we can’t eat any of it. its been an hour and so far they came to take the food back but haven’t heard from the manager…

Ordered from here this evening through Grubhub. They sent me the wrong order. I called them asking to make it right. They said I needed to place another order & did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. They were actually laughing on the other end of the phone. I understand mistakes happen, but I wanted what I ordered. Complete disappointment & I will certainly never order from them again.
