Saké was a great dining experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good. We ordered the tempura oyster mushrooms, seafood dumplings, Katana roll, California maki, and the dynamite roll, everything was flavorful and well prepared. Service was fast, and our waiter was very polite and friendly. The interior was a little chilly for me, but when we asked to move to a table outside, it was no problem at all. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely worth visiting again.

My new favourite restaurant in Barbados! The dim sum is the best I ever had – better than Markham ON. So fresh and flavourful. The double Hamachi rolls were excellent, the deserts and specialty teas very tasty. Visited 3 times during out 2 week stay, highly recommend, will return for sure. Service is extremely friendly and talented chefs make amazing dishes.

We loved our recent lunch at Sake. The food and drinks were amazing. We had the Tuna Nigiri, and I had the Katsu Ramen, and my wife had the Tuna Poke. The Ramen was the best I’ve ever had and my wife felt likewise about her Poke bowl. We split a Banana Crème Brûlée, and OMG it was absolutely delicious and a perfect finish to a great meal. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service was outstanding – thank you Kam. This is on our list as a must visit again.

Rock shrimp tempura was very tasty, the Har gow and shu mai quite elaborately presented. Shanghai chicken dumplings were delicious. Opted for a matcha tea that came in glass teapot with delicate double walled tea cups. Nice on the deck that night. Accommodated a couple walking in no problem.

I’ve tried both lunch and dinner. Both are great! The lunch menu is more fulling especially the ramen. The dinner menu is nice as well, I loved the dim sum. The sushi for both lunch and dinner is also quite good. The drinks everytime were great, alcoholic and non alcoholic. The desserts were quite creative and rich. The staff are lovely and are very helpful, especially with recommendations and understanding the menu.

Very good value. Excellent food. I was there last night with nine (9#) other people for a birthday celebration.
Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, although two of us were a little underwhelmed by the size of the “mains”. I had the Salt and Pepper Squid, while another person had a chicken based main. They were both good, but we both wished we had ordered the Sushi instead.
It did take quite a while for our orders to be taken. But then the food arrived quite quickly. We were a large group, during a busy evening.
Overall, highly recommended. I have been there once before, and will definitely be back.

I really loved the experience at Sake and would highly recommend others who love Asian cuisine, I would say tho that the price point is a bit on the high side so it may not be for everyone. However, the food is delicious, the service is personable and the atmosphere is so chic. Definitely a gem on the south coast the vibes would be perfect for the west coat. I will be back!

I’ve had dinner a few times but lunch has been tough to get to. Oh my was it worth the wait. Tonkatsu ramen, broth was so silky smooth and layered, eggs were little umami bombs, and noodles had just the right amount of bite. Could not have nigiri also and rice was perfect tuna fresh and clean 10/10
