I was lucky to stumble upon this place when I’m getting my car new tires across the street, a little spot for breakfast( lunch and dinner too) but for my needs a little breakfast was perfect I was able to modify the platter to a smaller size and a smaller cost but what a treat to have some different flavors today I ordered egg and coffee which came with cheese and plantain fried and sauce and avocado. Such a surprise to find this little spot! It was a nice change of styles of breakfast, with flavors that were so fresh compared to my usual. I reccommend if you enjoy variety and a taste of Central America, try this out! For any meal – your choice, but I truly am glad i stopped in! Mucho gusto!

Specifically asked to not have large pieces of bone and carcass in my soup. This is the chicken soup and this is exactly what they did after I asked them NOT to. It’s not appetizing and it’s aesthetically displeasing to see these disgusting pieces of bone in my soup. After removing them half the volume is gone and all for a $17 quart size container of soup. Regular chunks of chicken meat would be nice of which there are none. Avoid the chicken soup.

Found this qwaint latin gem and hope that it survives . The food is typical equadorian fare and prices aer very reasonable. I ate twice here .Once for dinner and the next day for breakfast (thats right) . For dinner I thouught I was hungry but after ordering only an appetiser I was full lol. I ordered whats called a Bolillo which is smashed green plantain thats filled will lil bits (a lot) of crispy pork rind ,meat and mozzetella cheese . its presented as a ball the size of a baseball over a meat sauce thats very flavorful . Im from Puerto Rico. and we have a similar dish albiet served differently that we call” mofongo”. It was delishcious ! After eatting I wss happily full. My suggestion would be to make it smaller or warn the person who may not know the portion size. The next day I ordered a very traditional breakfast thats served called Bsndeja paisa its a fried egg served over rice and beans with avocado and steak . Again very good . Please try this place out itll be worth the trip.

Staff was very friendly, food was fantastic! Had the Ecuadorian fried rice and pechuga asada (grilled chicken) both were absolutely excellent! We’ll be back for sure, great menu and excellent jugo de naranja!

The place was nice, but the service was horrible. The waiter had an attitude and the food was served an hour and a half after ordering. most of the food was cold.

My family and I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant today. The food was filling, very generous in size, and tasty. It was very authentic. My 11 year old and 1 year old enjoyed the food as well! The waitstaff was friendly. The available tables didn’t seem totally cleaned up when we arrived, but it wasn’t a big deal and we could just whisk away crumbs with our napkin. Overall we really liked it and will definitely be returning. The environment was also casual enough that we felt the freedom to let our toddler walk around and not feel like she was being a bother. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to try the empanadas today! We will come back another time and add them to our order!
