Walked in to kill some time. Asked about a particular type of wine – they didn’t carry it. Ok so asked about the price of truffle cheese. Was told the price was on the package (it wasn’t.) Not a price I wanted to pay. Moved on to the candy. I asked if it was gluten free. “I don’t think so”, was the curt response I got. Ok. Can you give me the name of the company that makes it or Google it? It’s important for people with allergies to know the ingredients of food products. I guess not in this store. I asked about different types of wines and I was told where to look. Someone else mentioned that they were treated the same way. No conversation, no assistance, just being treated like they wish I would leave and never come back. I tried a few wines and was going to buy one of the sweet wines but I got traumatized by the cold indifference if not annoyed attitude attitude of the store clerk. This was the lady working Monday the 12th of January at 4pm.
The wines may not be served chilled but customer service was on the rocks. Definitely not a place that made me feel welcomed or appreciated for spending money there. Your girl has less than zero customer service skills.
I’d rather go to Trader Joe’s or anywhere they serve you with a genuine smile. The wines may not be the same quality but you don’t feel like you’re being treated horribly when buying it. I won’t remember her face and I don’t know her name but I will always remember how she made me feel. Terrible.

The charcuterie trays were nice and paired with the wine well.
All of the seating was bar stool height-some lower seating would have been more comfortable. More descriptions of the wines and/or more knowledge of the wines by thr staff would be good too.
That said, it was an excellent spot for an accessible date night for a couple looking to get out and enjoy but not go too far out stay out too late.

Great place for a date night or hangout with friends, to have some wine & delicious food. The pretzel bites were a perfect texture, paired with a rich cheese sauce. A charcuterie board is a must have!

Tried this place for the first time with the wife while out shopping. Cute and clean. Well laid out with lots of options. Draft beer, can beer, and of course, lots of wine. Sydney, the bartender, was wonderful and super helpful in making selections and giving samples. Will be back for sure.

I have been a handful of times and have had nothing but a positive experience! I recently went for a winery spotlight wine tasting and they were experiencing technical difficulties when I first arrived. However, they promptly fixed the issue and offered complimentary tasting to make up for it. Totally unnecessary but amazing customer service!! They have amazing food, wine, and beer-HIGHLY recommend the crushberry beer and the pizzettes. Overall, 10/10 atmosphere, service, and products. Great place to enjoy great company!

Went to fondue night as a date. Just the right size of foods. Cheese and chocolate dips. We had happy hour drink specials for wine and beer so overall it was very affordable! Staff were helpful and friendly. Will be back!

Went to Wine Styles today for a glass of wine after lunch, and it was wonderful! Had great service from Stacey. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. The wine selections were varied, and we loved the wine we had there by the glass today. Such a fun atmosphere where you can shop for wine to take home while having a glass in the shop. Good prices on wine bottles to take home. Perfect place to add to our afternoon today! Thank you for the excellent service, Stacey!
