We’ve been trying to find an opportunity to come and dine since they opened. And Saturday afternoon we finally had the chance to stop in for dinner. We made reservations, but they were not needed. Maybe because it was right after Christmas? We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Our server quickly greeted us and took our drink orders. We looked over the menu and she took our entire order (which always worries me with timing) but fortunately it was not an issue and the appetizers came out first and with no rush we were able to enjoy them before the entrees came out. The meatball appetizer served on polenta: the polenta was fantastic, but the meatballs were surprisingly small. My pasta dish was very good! My wife was disappointed with her salmon and her side of GF pasta was disappointing, I tried it and was not impressed. Overall the atmosphere was very nice. But it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

A great place to stop for food and drinks with friends or family. We stopped by on a Wednesday night and we’re seated right away. Tables were pretty open when we arrived but filled up quickly.
I tried their mushroom pizza and my friend had one of the pastas. We both loved what we got and agreed we should return.

My husband and I sat at the bar last night and experienced excellent service and a delicious meal.
He had a smoked old fashioned and I had a glass of cab. We shared the margarita pizza and the pork ribeye. The pizza crust was perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious and mozzarella was fresh. The pork was so tender, it was easily cut with a butter knife.
It’s nice to have a spot here in town that offers a delicious meal with a beautiful ambiance without having to drive all the way downtown. Pricing seemed to match the expectations of comparable restaurants, which we found reasonable!

Don’t listen to Steve Olson’s review. He is a clown. It took us almost a year to get here and I am so mad we waited so long!! This is our new favorite restaurant. The burrata was AMAZING!! Pizzas were so good. The crust is perfection. I was weary about a kale cesar, but it blew me away!! The dressing tasted like it was just whipped up before arriving to our table. Ambiance is filled with the history and stories of the real Rossana. All around, had a wonderful time and plan on coming here weekly. One thing to note, I tried making a res online and it said the only availability was at 7pm, but I called the restaurant and they had open seating. So if it doesn’t give you many res options, just call them. Seems to be a glitch.

Six of my family members gathered for a more formal Christmas dinner. We had great service. The farfelle, Bolognese and salmon were all fantastic. Bread service was great. Drinks were great! Didn’t miss the desserts. We had cannoli, tiramisu, and the panna cota. All excellent!

Great food and service! We are from the area and have wanted to come many times, so glad we did. Will definitely come back. Had the salmon and bolognese. Both were great. Drinks are great also. Thanks for the great time.

We’re Cal residents that live nearby & had meant to try this place sooner because Cal is in need of good restaurants, but kind of glad we didn’t in hindsight. Ordered takeout and we were seriously disappointed. Order said pickup would be ready by 6:28p but was officially ready about 20min after that.
Ensured I had my 4 items and left. Get home to realize the extra meatball ordered for the spaghetti was forgotten. The pizza was cold (likely done by 6:28p but then sat there while the other food caught up) & the cannolis were warm (likely taken out of fridge too early and also packaged between warm spaghetti and warm bread). Somehow the 10 morsels of crusty bread you see here is supposedly 2 servings/$10 worth of bread service. Somehow the entire meal you see here is nearly $83!?! But how did it taste after all this? Also not very good.
Having poor service, missing items, charging what they charge, and tasting mediocre at best. Quite disappointed

This was our first time here. Our server was Katherine. She presented three menus to us. One was drinks, the second was the lunch/dinner menu and the third was the brunch menu that was available earlier in the day. She explained that there were items available on the brunch menu if one of us so desired. My husband ordered the the Italian beef hash from the Brunch menu. He said the spice level was very good. I ordered the Margherita pizza. Such a simple pizza, but because this is a resturant that makes everything from scratch, it tasted phenomenal! The staff checked in frequently with us. For desert I ordered the Tirmusu. This is truly made by a family recipe. I love Tirmusu and this was the first time I actually experienced real lady fingers soaked in coffee liquor. Our entire meal was homemade (made from scratch). The prices were very fair. My 12 inch margarita pizza was just $14 and my husband’s Italian beef hash was just $15. We both had leftovers. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Rossana’s. We will definitely be back very soon.
