The fire chicken and mashed potatoes were very good, but we didn’t like the biscuits as much. That said, we prefer Jack’s over McDonalds. The service was great and the staff friendly and helpful. We’ve already been back twice since this rating.

Friendly order person, quick service, and good food. The blueberry cream cheese fried pie was a nice treat. It seems like there may have been some changes in the workers. Previous times I have gone were not pleasant. I really hope that continues because we need Jack’s to stay open.

Had a steak biscuit with hash rounds this morning and all I could taste was grease. I ended up tossing it in the trash after one bite. Employees were very friendly, the food just wasn’t good. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

This Jack’s is something else and not in a good way. Last Sunday I put in an online order and it took over 30 minutes to get my order after I arrived. What’s the point of making an online order if five other orders behind you in person got their orders first?? Then this Sunday (today) I try them for a second time thinking it would be better going through the drive thru. I order a grilled sandwich add pickles and a large coke zero. They give me a regular drink which I guess was in my favor because the coke zero was extremely watered down. Then when I get home to eat, the sandwich only has pickles!!!! No lettuce, no mayo, no tomato JUST PICKLES!! Ridiculous they do not listen. NOT WORTH $12, extremely disappointed at this location. Will not be coming back unless I’m desperate.

We have lived in Eclectic for a little over a year. Unfortunately, this is one of the only “fast” food options that we have. There’s not a single fast thing about this place. We pulled up behind 3 cars tonight to order dinner, 2 combos, one kids meal. We waited in line for well over 30 minutes, we go through the same thing anytime that we decide to give another chance. I thought, “Well at least the food will be fresh”, No, not even close. Soggy fries, overly seasoned, stale hamburger buns, my kid wouldn’t even eat his kids meal. I don’t know who the owner is, but the fact that these reviews go back up to a year and there’s still been no improvement, really tells me all that I need to know about why this place sucks overall.

I live there #2 and there shakes, but there service takes to long and the need to work on getting people out and gone a quite bit of help on that issue, there very welcoming, politeness very good, just for on getting the orders out in a timely fashion. My only complaint, and I thank them for the diligence an opening a store in eclectic I know it was very difficult on them to get final answers in getting the store or in here.

Excellent! About 15 25 people and they dealt with the crowd great. People were laughing and having a great time. The food was some of the best I had. I ordered 2 corn dogs and because the chicken look so good I bought a leg to check it out. Best food I’ve had in a fast food restaurant in years. I don’t live there so I don’t have a reason to lie. I have a culinary degree and know what I am talking about. They have a excellent staff and you will be happy. P.S. the previous bad rating are over. Go and enjoy. God Bless!

I stopped here today and used some points to get a small milkshake. It was delicious and the service was great. I do stop here every time I go to Wetumpka to the casino, going to or coming from wetumpka to Alex City. Not all times have been a 5 rating but they do a great job and I’m glad they’re there. Thank you all for the great service and hospitality you give. Today’s date is 07/27/25 an update. For some reason when I stopped here over the last several months they never have any fried chicken available. It’s almost seems they are cooking it as customers order it. It takes 20 minutes to cook. I don’t like it straight out of the fryer, to hot and greasy. It’s best when it has 10 or more minutes to sit and drain and cool down a little bit. I won’t waste time again stopping here. I understand business decisions have to be made to cut waste, but having a good crew chief does wonders. I drove to another location that I should have went to first.
