Wow!!! I have been to MANY Mexican food trucks around Madison/Huntsville. This one IS unique and incredibly impressive. The food is beyond compare!!! I ordered the Hawaiiana Torte – AMAZING!!!! It was definitely big enough to share. You will not be disappointed!!

I am from Texas and was looking for some Mexican tacos and I found them. The flavor is on point and the salsa and tortillas are homemade rather than the store pack. The meat was seasoned well and the pineapple balances the flavor. It was a bit crunchy and if it was less crunchy it will be definitely be 5 stars! The truck is clean and great customer service will be returning back

I pass this place all the time, decided to give them a try, and I was not disappointed! I ordered an asada burrito and a Jamaica. The tortilla was handmade and all the ingredients were so fresh! The burrito was HUGE and so was the drink. It is a great deal for $8, will be going back!

Normally I would give this place a 5/5 stars I usually get a Torta with pastor and Chorizo and it’s amazing the portions are definitely worth the price but DO NOT get the quesadilla unless you want it only cheese or chicken and cheese
I got it with my usual meat and with all the toppings and the first time they charged me for the loaded but gave it to me plain and when I called to complain they said they would replace it the next day for free but when My boyfriend went to pick it up they still charged him and this is what they gave him a grease pool

Hugely disappointing. Menu prices posted were maybe 60% of what I was charged. Ordered two tacos al pastor, two lengua tacos campechanos. I was not told a total for my order, so I assumed the prices were as posted. No receipt was offered. Got home, twice as much as expected.
The tortillas were laid down as a bed and the topping were all dumped on them, mixed up in a pile, so I didn’t get two tacos of lengua and two pastor I got a dump. The chopped quarters of lime were even buried in the meat. Much of the meat for the pastor was dried out, almost jerky.
Never again.

Closing time says 10pm. We got there at 7:50pm. Once the guy gave us our order he said “we put all the toppings on there because we are closing” and come to realize when I got home the tacos were JUST meat. Veggies was one sad tomato and a half full cut onion. It is unacceptable to pay $50 for food that was served poorly. Would have preferred to have been told “sorry we are closing” than to spend money on food that was prep’d poorly. SUCH A SHAME!

Just happened upon it by chance at lunchtime today. Holy smokes! The food was amazing!
I bought the Cubana sandwich and at first I thought $12 was a little high, until I saw the portion size! Easily feed two adults with that sandwich.
The staff was very friendly and they had my sandwich ready quickly. I can’t wait to go back.

Food was great. My boyfriend loved the Philly sandwich and fries. Would’ve got a picture but he ate most of it in seconds before I could. Great food and service. Very nice people. Hope to come again soon!!!
