This is a fabulous place. They offer great nutritional drinks. They also offer fitness classes every morning and some evenings. One hour of great cardio in a very supportive and energetic atmosphere. Most classes are in Spanish but they translate moves so everyone is included. You pay per class so you can fit in a class when you have time. With your fee you get a hot energy tea before your workout and a protein shake at the end of the 1 hour class. Every class is different so pick the one or two that matches your goals. I drive an hour just to be able to workout at this unique fitness center.

They are always quick and very polite with service. There drinks are cheaper than other nutrition tea places which makes my pockets happy. I would go here for morning and afternoon pick me up drinks!
