Underwhelming. Appreciate that the pastas are fresh and vegetarian. We went for Aglio, Olio, Peperoncino (Bigoli pasta). Unfortunately, while the initial few bites tasted good with parmesan and chili flakes on top, once we mixed the whole thing, a bomb of EVOO spoiled the entire thing for us.

I loved my experience at DalMoros! The pasta was fresh, flavorful, and served so quickly. What really stood out to me was how easy it was to just grab the box and walk around while eating — super convenient without sacrificing quality. The cacio e pepe was unfortunately pretty bad. It was something, but it wasn’t cacio e pepe.
The first red flag should have been the menu description of a “cream sauce”. There is no cream in a cacio e pepe! Only 3 ingredients: pasta (and the starchy water), pecorino Romano cheese, and black pepper.
This dish tasted like someone milked a cow right into the pot – way too sloppy, fatty, rich, milky. Nothing like a cacio e pepe.
I have to give some credit to the fresh pasta though – you could see it being made in front of you, and it was cooked very well. It’s just a shame about the sauce.
Portions are generous, but that doesn’t help if the sauce is terrible.
I would recommend either removing the sickly cream sauce or call this dish something else.
