We came in and our sandwiches were made great. We had a hiccup whenever we cashed out the total was a bit more than what it would have been. There was some confusion at first, but after explaining everything, Gigi made sure that she went above and beyond to make it right. We eat here all the time so we were thankful to get Everything taken care of!

I just have to say, for subway, this place is great. The employees here are always so friendly and courteous. They are often slammed, since it is one of the very few places in Locust, but they still work through with a smile and get to you as quick as they can. Go grab a sandwich, pizza, or protein bowl, and enjoy the conversation with the great employees. Its our families lunch time favorite.

The cashier rang up my order incorrectly and threatened to call the police for theft because I walked away after paying. That’s top notch in the state that ranks 49 out of 50 in education.

Ordered online offering any footlong for 6.99 unless you order more than one sub then because you want to support by buying more your penalized. Then got there to get my sub it was a six inch. When I took the footlong discount if that make sense. Then Abby and the others thought it was funny that they messed up. When they made the replacement it was terrible. It was sparce it was saturated with sauce and had a hair from there head on it. Wished I would have just kept the 6 in. Tried to feed the other half to the dog he wouldn’t eat it either. So wouldn’t it be nice if your employees realized that there paycheck comes from you the customer not from Dorian the owner. Have had some great subs from here but have had many more bad ones. good luck in the future. But I’m tired of wasting money trying to support the local business that don’t care about there pay checks.

While the taste of the food and the speed of the service have consistently been up-to-par, I have been disappointed on several occasions by accessibility of the cuisine. They are consistently out of particular vegetables and have been out of bread on two different occasions. The staff rarely smile and the speak hatefully to each other in front of customers. They did not let me refund my sandwich when I ordered online and it said it would be sent to my work never showed up and they said it was door dashes fault when they used them as a third party and they didn’t remake the sandwich or anything when I came to get it wouldn’t even give it to me becuse I wasn’t DoorDash

Asked for a protein bowl. The person started it, and then stated they added too many vegetables according to them for a protein bowl, even though we asked for a protein bowl, and then insisted on charging more for a salad because of their screw-up. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COSTS!!
