Missing items on delivery. Manager accused me of lying about the items. Claims my supreme pizza has cheese on top. Said I received extra toppings I didnt get charged for. I only asked for extra green pepper as I removed mushrooms. Doordash delivery guy was apologetic said they are rude all the time at this location. Manager hung up on me.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! They blamed me for their mistake: I put the correct address, but after calling in to adjust the order to apply a credit from an already previous issue “where the driver robbed me,” that’s another story entirely!!!! Anyway, they had to cancel it, put it in again to apply the credit, then “they” put in the wrong address, and after an hour and a half of waiting, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and whether I called, they didn’t even say Pizza Hut; they just said hello and was like, “Yeah, I was just there at your house” all yelling at me that “you gave the wrong address.” I told them no, I have the proof I can show you. They put me on hold. Went and saw it was their mistake and got mad at me!!! Started yelling, refused to give me their name, still yelling, hung up on me. Then I call back “now” the manager supposedly “Christina,” if that’s her name, yells at me too, threatens to blacklist me, (can they do that?) and refuses to give me the girls’ name too. It takes a lot to get me to complain. I’m not one of those, but this is just absolutely ridiculous. I sincerely recommend avoiding this Pizza Hut at all costs.

Big new Yorker was delicious. However their drive through protocol at 9th n the Boulevard store sucks. I pulled in behind a car at the window when my pie was scheduled to be done. Then sat there for 14 minutes waiting, ridiculous! Yes, I after a bit I could have walked in but that’s not the point.

The New Yorker style largest pizza is absolute perfection! The seasonings over the whole top of the pizza gave a delicious twist to the classic taste of your typical pizza. A for sure go to for my house. The delivery drive was a bit quiet and seemed she had a rough day but hey we all have them.

If i could give this restaurant less than 1 star i would! We ordered online at 7:26 pm on christmas eve.We got there at 7:44 the doors were locked and had to walk up to the window where we were told that they had voided the order. There was no communication of any kind. The person working was rude about the entire thing. I understand that working on Christmas Eve sucks but ehats worse is having hungry family expecting food and not being able to feed them

This pizza that I ordered on 10/26/4pm would have been dead on perfect but it was not fully baked in the oven. I had wet dough. I was able to bake it longer in my own oven. Never going to order again! Update! Ordered fries, and a personal pan pizza with the boneless wings in a box deal. Bad idea and never again will I go and order again! The fries were hard as rocks like Cheetos! The boneless wings were hard as rocks! The pizza was a MIDGET PERSONAL PAN PIZZA! DON’T EXPECT A PERSONAL PAN PIZZA OF OLD FOLKS! GOODBYE PIZZA HUT!

We have had nothing but problems with this location, I have spent over 40 minutes in the pick up line on more than 1 occasion. There is always something wrong with our order, then we are told there will be a credit on our account to make up for their constant mistakes (on multiple visits) and no credit to be found on our next visit.

Just here to echo the other reviews. We were hopeful when this place went in because it was close which meant we could pick it up or have it delivered quickly.
Ordered delivery at 7:30 p Sunday, 10/12/25. By 8:15, our order had not been updated other than as confirmed. We called and called the store but no one answered. We decided to drive over there and there was no one inside the store. No sign it was closed. Just empty. We called corporate and had our order refunded. We will not be placing another order here.
