had a great experience at The Honey Baked Ham Company. It’s a perfect spot to grab a quick lunch without sacrificing quality. The sandwiches are made with fresh bread and crisp veggies, and you can really taste the difference in the high-quality meats. The turkey and ham are exactly what you’d expect — flavorful, tender, and sliced perfectly.
Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and my sandwich was filling and satisfying. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience even better with their great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the mood for a delicious, reliable lunch.

Bought a pre cooked turkey for thanksgiving. Some communication was crossed and the turkey was ruined. Honest mistake and I’ll take some of the blame. Plus side is that they made it right and gave me my money back . Didn’t expect a full refund but they stepped up. You don’t always get good and Honest service, but I did. I will shop there again, as service is just as important as product. Thankyou

Why would Honey Bake Ham allow this to be sold?
For the prices they charge this is unacceptable.
Due to COVID-19 they do not allow the customer to view your purchase before leaving the store – at least that is what I was told.
Christmas of 2021 – Ordered a Glazed Honey Baked Ham. Upon arrival home we discovered the Ham had no glaze.
Thought between 2021 and 2022 their quality control would have improved.
NOT!!
You try and support your neighborhood businesses but clearly this store is not interested in providing a quality, edible product.
SHAME ON YOU!!!

The staff was very, very friendly, they treated us like family, and our food was made with so much love. They were truly amazing, and I would very much recommend going to this specific honey-baked ham. I really appreciate the staff’s kindness during our visit.

Kevin took my Thanksgiving order over the phone. He made it so easy for me. I have been to a few different honey baked places but have been going to the West bloomfield the last couple years. I don’t really have a location near me. The atmosphere is friendly, and everyone is so pleasant. The food is great! Thank you, Kevin

This will be my last year buying from Honey Baked Ham. You still have to wait long periods of time when prepay. They don’t put a ham to the side for prepaids…the associate told me to either pay extra for the size he had or come back (after I ordered the day before and still waited in line almost an hour). He had a bad attitude, rolled his eyes when I asked him to let me check my email regarding prices bring approximate, since I have never had to pay extra in the over 20 years of buying from them. Then he aggressively started asking if I wanted a smaller ham or not after just a few seconds and rolled his eyes again after I replied that he had just heard me say to let me check the email and that he could give me a minute since I had already waited well past my pick up time. The ham is not worth the price spent. I’ll be going to other recommended places that have better prices and service. I paid over $90 for a 84.5lb ham, while others got 100lb hams elsewhere for $60. Never again.

I had the best experience here last week (and the best sandwich). Kevin took care of me and he was extremely personable, kind and fast. I didn’t check to see if there was a ring on his finger but once I got home and ate my sandwich I decided, he has to be married because there’s no way this man makes such a great sandwich and is single! Seeing the way he interacted with the other employees at this location made it clear he’s someone everyone enjoys working for/with. Keep this man around.

I ordered a couple of the sliders 12 packs for my staff, and they absolutely loved them. The manager at the store was very accommodating. He made sure that we had everything ready to go. We didn’t have to wait really a popular place and the food is delicious. Now that I signed up for my loyalty card I’m getting coupons and I make sure to stop in there often.

Great Service, unfortunately we didn’t particularly like either of the types of turkey and the macaroni and cheese container had defrosted and leaked. We threw out more Turkey than we ate.
I always think it’s going to be good here but somehow end up going back, Not sure it was worth free, I had gift cards to use. Service really was great, but I went for the food, which clearly wasn’t.
