We just had such a wonderful and sweet experience here! First off, the food was amazing! The biscuits are to die for!! But my main reason for leaving a 5 star is because of how sweet the workers were to my babies. They brought over a cookie and some coloring supplies to keep them occupied. They also were so very helpful in choosing sauces for me. Great crew working here, they deserve a raise!

Driving back to Texas I had to stop and try Bojangles!
I ordered the following items:
Peach cobbler $1.99
1 biscuit $0.99
1 small sweet tea $1.99
1 family size mac & cheese $4.29
Total with tax came out to $10.25
All right, so the family mac & cheese was delicious and creamy! I was actually surprised at how creamy and perfect the noodles were.
The peach cobbler turns out it’s a half a biscuit, and then some peach filling on top of it. I wasn’t that impressed.
Now the biscuit alone perfectly baked. Had the right amount of flakey to soft ratio. Loved that it reminded me of a homemade southern biscuit.
The teas tasted like southern sweet tea, so I give them the credit on the sweet tea.
Overall it was quick and easy I did have to pull back into the drive through for napkins but overall it was a great experience!

I was raised in the south but I have never been to a Bojangles. Absolutely blown away. They’re chicken sandwich, I found to be better than Popeyes. The meat was well seasoned and juicy and the bun was very sweet with a good amount of sauces. My son had the chicken strips which were real meat and very good. The mac and cheese was a little bland but very cheesy. The biscuit was amazing. Probably the best I’ve ever had at any type of fast food restaurant. Also, the blueberry biscuit which would also be known as a scone in Europe was very good. Sweet tea had a little bit less sugar than McDonald’s.

9-16-24 6:30, First of all I have to give Mary big props. As soon as I walked I seen her wiping down a table and she looked up with a huge smile and said, “hi, welcome in”. I said oh yeah this is my place. I had just walked over here from Wendy’s where a bunch of kids with bad attitudes. Let’s say they were unhappy to see a customer…..so I left. Anyways back to Bojangles. The lobby was so clean. Employees were nice. But Mary kicked it off right by greeting me and smiling. Great employee! Thank you!!!!

My first time experiencing Bojangles. All I can say is WOW. I loved it! The tea is awesome! I was traveling from Mobile, AL back to Tyler, Texas and had to stop. I have heard of Bojangles but have not had the opportunity to try them out. I wish we can get one in Tyler. It is a growing city and the hub of East Texas. Largest city in East Texas of 114k outside of the D/FW, Houston areas. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I originally went through drive-thru and ate in my truck, but I had to go inside to buy two half gallons of their tea. Inside was very clean.

I recently visited the Bojangles in Duson and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was fresh and delicious, particularly the famous Cajun chicken and biscuits, which were cooked to perfection. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was accurate and served quickly. I also appreciated the wide selection of sides and the convenience of the drive-thru. Overall, a great place to satisfy your cravings for Southern-style comfort

First time going Great service not great food, ordered 2 #11s the same.
3 pieces tenders, fries and mac and cheese
One of our mac and cheeses came with only like 3 bites. While the other container was full. Chicken strips are very small. Asked for house made ranch and got a jap. Ranch. Drinks are also watered down no carbonation.
Never will go back, rather go to popeyes.

Got my order wrong. Did not offer to refund the difference. Replaced with correct sandwich. When I asked about the side he gave me the old order which was cold by then.
