The pizza and breadsticks are really good. They forgot the .50 garlic sauce, but otherwise I was pretty satisfied.

First time eating here took the family walked in sat down was asked if were ready to order when we said yes find out we have to order at counter okay fine we order 2 large pizzas the toppings were not there for sure we ordered one as a supreme and it def didn’t have the toppings to even know it was what we ordered. next asked for water was told they had none, wasn’t about to pay 2 bucks for a 20 oz. the staff was rude as ya know what. the only thing that was good was the crust. This place would make it huge if they gave the toppings were paying for 18.00 for a lg. and if the service was what it should be. And we ate in and were brought a box no plates at first had to say need plates.

I have been to several Hometown Pizza franchises in northeastern Mississippi, and this one doesn’t meet the standard others have set. Granted, the pizza was good, but the building is rundown looking on the outside, the interior is pretty spartan (just a few tables), and unlike other HPs, it lacks a salad bar. When I walked in, it was very quiet and 6 people – including 3 employees – we all glued to their phones. I was going to dine in, but opted to carry out. This location could be SO much better.

This is the only pizza I look forward to eating. With having four children we eat pizza more often than I would like. The food is always great tasting, hot, and fresh. The people that work there are friendly with the customers and each other.

They serve pizza, pasta, wings, and salad. Very kid friendly. They play kid friendly movies throughout the day. Friendly service. They have daily specials. They have plenty of seating, you don’t have to wait for a table. They’re right across from the park as well, so it’s a nice view and you can take a walk through the park after eating.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Hometown Pizza in Amory. They refused to honor a printed coupon that was apparently from earlier this year, even though the coupon did not have an expiration date on it. A little silly, and just bad business to lose a customer and gain a bad review for a less than $5 difference on a coupon. The employee (and apparently manager) with whom I spoke over the phone when I placed my order was not rude, but was apathetic towards their mistake and not helpful at bridging the gap in expectation. She argued with me over the phone about the coupon I was literally holding in my hand for 3 minutes. Then I finally offered to bring her the coupon and then place my order in the store, and she informed me that they wouldn’t honor it anyway. Terrible experience. I canceled my order and I will not be doing business with them again, which is unfortunate.
