On my way home from Ocean City, Maryland, I was looking for a quick bite and decided Chick-fil-A would hit the spot.

Instead of going through the drive-thru, I chose to dine in, and I’m glad I did. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out fresh. For a fast food stop, you really can’t ask for much more.

I ordered the Chick-n-Strips meal, which came with waffle potato fries and a drink. Everything was hot, crispy, and tasted just right. For sauces, I grabbed Chick-fil-A sauce, sweet and spicy sriracha, and garden herb ranch, all solid picks for dipping.

This location has had consistently poor customer service since it opened. I’ve never complained before, but being double-charged was the final straw. At this point, it genuinely feels like this location is careless with customers’ money.

When I contacted my bank, I was advised to resolve the issue with the merchant first. I came into the store specifically to speak with a manager, and the response was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no sense of urgency or concern about correcting the issue despite the fact that I was charged twice.

Earlier that same day, I had already ordered food for delivery, which makes this even more frustrating. Due to this experience, I will be taking my business to the Bear location going forward.

Additionally, when I came into the store, I was waiting in line and was completely ignored while staff continued assisting DoorDash and other customers even though I was there first. Basic customer service and acknowledgment were missing entirely.

To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with was the same individual who handed me my order earlier, after I repeatedly had to flag someone down because the payment system was having issues despite my account having sufficient funds.

This experience is a far cry from the old-school Chick-fil-A level of service the brand is known for. This location seriously needs to revisit basic customer service standards and accountability.

I stop here about twice a month, food is always fresh and ready fast. The employees are friendly and professional. The one time my order was off, they quickly fixed the issue. When I dine in, the dining area is always very clean.

My only wish, is they had built it with an exit to Christiana Rd. Entering/exiting through a busy Wawa parking lot is less than ideal.

We order here twice a week in the morning and we order ahead of time on the app so it can be ready. I have kids to drop at school and need to get to work. The food is never ready and we are sitting waiting longer than expected. People that order on the spot in the drive thru arr r e processed quicker.

Usually a good place and the food is good. Which is why this is three stars and not one.

Had a bad experience tonight. I only ordered 1 soda through the app. My husband managed to order and have the food cooked from Suki Hana next door and I still hadn’t had my name called. I finally went to the counter to find my soda had been sitting there the whole time and when I told the cashier I was upset that I had been waiting so long, the guy handing out the food shrugged his shoulders.

Shout out to Julia the cashier, she was really pleasant and did apologize on his behalf.

Chick FA used to be the best with chicken that had no antibiotics. They switched while back and unfortunate you can taste the difference. The “new” chicken is not the same standard. I guess profit over quality eventually takes down every good brand. CFA. Go back to you previous higher standards for the chicken you purchase. You are losing loyal customers.

I won’t bet my life on it but I THINK this location has fries that are more like the original before they decided to ruin a good thing and add a coating. The fries from the location near the hospital are terrible now. The ones from here are much, much better. Probably my most random review I’ve ever left but I really love French fries.

New store, have been there a few times and have some notes for franchisee. Milkshakes are always watery from get go, breading falls off of chicken sandwiches and especially chicken strips, fries are undercooked most of time.

Biggest issue that can make your location better compared to other sisters stores, have dog treats. I have always gone to the RT 13 store since opened and it has become an event for me and my pups. I was told again tonight I can PAY for 2 nuggets!!! Gtfo.

Get better you have a great location. Such a shame
