Yeah, I tried to order a pizza and it was 9:55 and I wanted to order four pizzas and they would’ve been a lot of money but I guess the manager was too worried about closing and getting out of there but kind of sucks but actually I went to little Caesars and I got my pizzas so I’m very thankful

It had a very good taste, but for a pizza with the works for 30$ dollars they could have put the works toppings on it. That’s why you don’t order delivery on your first time ordering from here. I think it would have been delicious dinning in.

I have left 2 messages and spoke to the Assistant Manager Thursday 1/12/23 to speak with the owner.
I have been buying pizza exclusively from your location for a year now. However the man whom
I believe is the owner is not making pizzas there the quantity has gone downhill and there is hardly any topping on the pizzas. Including very little sauce.
I bought a pizza Tuesday evening that happens to be the worse pizza I have ever had. I was to have sausage, green pepper, onion and extra cheese. The toppings were very little and it most definitely did not have extra cheese. I have actually kept a few pieces to prove this.
I am not sure who the lady is that has been making these but I believe may be Hispanic. She seems to be the one who is always on duty when I call.
I have asked for a refund on my pizza from Tuesday however the owner has not returned any of my calls and I was told he is the one that would have to refund this.
Unless there are a changes made I will also be finding a new pizza location. I chose you because they were made just like the ones I use to order from pizza locations In Indy. I just moved to Plainfield a little more than a year ago.
I am hoping this will bring some attention to maybe the decline of customers. I also hope to get a response to this. My next thing will be to place a negative review.

Used to be really good pizza and service. Past few times, the order took twice as long as told when ordering. 45 minutes turned into 1.5 hours. Driver doesn’t carry a hot bag, pizza was room temperature this past time. Come on guys… If you don’t care about quality or customer service anymore, it might be time to hang it up or hire some people who can deliver what should be delivered and on a timely manner.

I got this as delivery, and this was some of the worst pizza I have eaten, the sauce was too sweet, the crust was tough and hard, bland, just bad in general. I would never get this again ,which I can since I’m not from indiana.

Pizza arrived cold and looked like it sat in a warmer for a long time. When I contacted the Manager he advised me that once it left his store it wasn’t his responsibility. It cost me $47,45 for a cold hard pizza. So sad there is no customer service anymore.
