Gotta go 5 stars. Spotless inside. Very clean. Friendly service. Fresh sliced cold cuts. Had a turkey and swiss bagel sandwich. Good amount of turkey! Can’t really comment on a bagel when used for a sandwich but it tasted great and had some good texture. Need to try one with crram cheese next time. Will definitely be back.

This place is sad and the other reviews are the same.. not a horrible sandwich but $18 no way. Two pcs of lox cream cheese 1 egg and it’s on rye toast, not even a bagel. Shame on this company for thinking this is justified to sell at this price. Four bagel shop very nearby and you charge me like $10 more then a bacon egg and cheese which apparently has no bacon on it because it is lox. We’ll give me some lox and don’t fold it to make it look like more. Give me 2 eggs at that price. The last 2 times I’ve been here the quality had declined with how much cream cheese you put on a bagel. However your prices have rises with your employees saying because of the cost of things, but then you give less. If you raise the prices but cut the quality and quantity then you rob us twice… Never again for me. Bagel time is great I think I rather leave 5 minutes early and stand in their line on a Saturday. Now I know why there’s a line.

People try bagel time great bagels, or bagel hit is good if you could get over the owners personality, and the Nook is delicious especially their lunch bagel sandwiches. A bit prices but the nook makes a sandwich worth the money. I took meat off the last time I went there and still paid less and got a little salad with it.

Ordered two orders of two eggs scrambled and a gf jelly bagel… 12.98 first off what ?? Second to get watery eggs. Just simply tell people we don’t make sunny side up eggs here because we obviously can’t cook them properly. I’ve ordered three times from here the other two were ok but this batch were watery and under cooked. Had to throw the out everything but the bagel .

We ordered a few dozen bagels and muffins for our work meeting and the display was beautiful. Everybody here loved the bagels and the owner was very helpful. Walking everything to the car for me was so kind. The atmosphere was clean and organized too. We will definitely be back.!!

Absolutely fresh and delicious bagels with excellent service. Bagel Factory Cafe has a very interesting collection of beverages in their beverage cooler. Literally have something for helps my a hangover to morning OJ.
My bagel was so good, made like you would make at home if you had all of the ingredients an eatery would have. The portobello mushrooms were fresh and earthy, the chicken was made to order and the bagel itself tasted perfect.

I ordered Mediterranean salad, half the salad had inedible lettuce and they forgot my soup. I ordered twice from here and both times they had worst quality of food. Never ordering from this place again.

Thought I would give this place a second chance. I ordered a plain bagel with butter and asked if they could add a little bit more butter, as the last time I ordered the bagel it was absolutely dry. Well she did add a bit more butter but hardly enough to call it a bagel with butter. If we are paying for butter at least you can do is give us butter.
