Stopped here today after going to the Fine Arts Center. Very easy parking right in front. Big open space. Plenty of seating. Hubby and I both ordered bagel sandwiches to go. They were the best we have ever tasted and we have been to a lot of bagel/sandwich shops. Will definitely return next time we are out that way. Also, the pricing was very reasonable $18 total for 2 sandwiches packed with protein and a bag of chips.

We went here in hopes of an amazing homemade bagel. Even the bagel on the menu looks so so good. We were very disappointed to find out they are cheap store bought bagels… def not 4.50 a pop. The atmosphere however was extremely cute and well done! Would love to come back and try out the pub in the back.

Sent my fiancé here to finally get a bagel breakfast sandwich for me, I was so excited to try it based off pictures and reviews of this restaurant but was left suddenly disappointed, appalled & hungry! I ordered a sesame bagel, bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. I wasn’t happy opening my food, I’m 8 months pregnant and it looked so dry, stale, skimpy and unloved. That’s exactly what it tasted like too, it’s also weird how gave me a regular bagel top as a bottom for my sandwich… my guess is they probably pick through all the stale bagels and give you the most edible(barely). I will 100% recommend a bacon egg and cheese sandwich from a fast food joint before I’ll recommend this place and that’s coming from a born and raised New Yorker! I know a good bagel and good breakfast sandwich, they serve none of that here. They’re okay with giving customers trash! I was definitely going to bring it back to get a refund but I didn’t want the extra hassle being pregnant! I will definitely never return here and I’ll definitely never be back. I just went the extra mile to review, I want to save anyone from the disappointment i encountered! Stay away and save your money!

Super cute place, but both bagels were stale, hard as rocks and tasted awful. The staff didn’t know what they were selling or how to describe any items on the menu… when I asked what the “Long Island Sweet Bagel” was the cashier said she didn’t know and didn’t try to figure out further or ask anyone for me. Shame because I was excited about a new place in Hagerstown.

Wonderful experience! Chris & Chris are both amazing and so welcoming! The bagels were delicious – highly recommend their blueberry bagel! I would make the drive from DC just for this bagel spot.
