When I tell you this dunkin is TOP TIER. I’ve been to many great dunkins, but this is THE best. Service was amazing the workers are so nice, quick and respectful. I got a frozen chocolate and I’ve genuinely never seen it crafted this nice. They have plenty of tables on the inside as well if you need a place to study. Everything was super clean. Very impressed by this dunkin overall

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts location. Hot decaf coffee is barely room temperature and lacking enough flavor. From now on we are driving the extra 20 minutes to the Walnutport location where the coffee is fresh and extremely tasty.

They are so cheap they nickel and dime everything I get an iced coffee and I say no ice because they fill the entire cup up with ice and then it’s about a quarter cup of coffee. This guy has the nerve to charge me $.99 extra for not having ice. I will not be going back to this place

I ordered a coffee on the app at 7:40pm tonight (2/12/24) obviously thinking the store was open until 8:00pm like Google and the Dunkin app says… Pulled up to a dark store, locked doors, and this sign on the drive-thru window. I’m so done with this establishment.

I have never really left a review anywhere until I met the two girls who were working on October 29th when I went in there for 8 doughnuts, and a breakfast sandwich, the girls took my order and I told her how I wanted no meat on my sourdough sandwich for my sister who has issues mentally, who was with me and then I heard them making fun of the order in the back, then they proceeded to give me dirty looks the entire time, very very horrible service, then you hear someone else in the back mocking a customer who just drove away from the window, genuinely I won’t be back, duck doughnuts all the way.

Bagel was stale and the avocado toast was cold. Waited a long time in the drive through. The person who took my order was rude when I asked a question about my order and they nearly forgot my second drink. Extremely unprofessional location with poor service and terrible quality food.

We enjoy breakfast at this Dunkin’ every other Sunday. We usually enjoy a pleasant experience, but differences in staff have led to some unfortunate experiences.
It took nearly 20 minutes for them to deliver a sausage/egg/cheese wrap; when I politely approached them asking about its progress, they said they were “working on it.” It then came within a minute, giving us the impression they lied about forgetting about it.
We love our biweekly trips to this Dunkin’ location. We simply wish it was a little more consistent.

HORRIBLE PLACE. THE DONUTS ARE KEPT OUTSIDE ON THE COUNTER, THE WORKERS ARE SWIPING AND CLEANING THE FLOOR AROUND WHILE THE DONUTS ARE OUTSIDE, AND ALSO THERE ARE “FLYES” SITTING ON THE DONUTS. DISGUSTING.
