The food here is pretty good, The kids love eating here so we’ll order from here twice a week or so. Every now and then they might mess an order up but they always fix it without a hassle. The employees are friendly and make sure our orders fresh and to our liking.

This place needs new food prep employees. Almost every time we go there’s something made wrong. But this was the worst so far. The burrito was almost empty it was a big empty tortilla, and then the nachos have like 1 scoop of beef no beans and the smallest drop of cheese! This is crazy. And not even close to closing! It was 2 hours before closing time. I think they have some employees on evenings/nights that hate their jobs and they’re taking it out on the customers. Money is tight for everyone now so this is really cruel.

Tonight I decided to order some soft tacos. For once I actually waited until I got home to enjoy my meal. It was difficult, but I managed to fight off the urge. I arrived home with excitement and a small sense of victory. The joy of my accomplishment quickly dissipated once I laid eyes on the tacos I so longed to devour. My mind started racing trying to understand what went wrong….was this a twisted prank?…is cheese and lettuce extra?!….did I accidentally order them plain?!? Does it even matter?…regardless the buildup was not worth the result. As I sat at the table slumped over, I reluctantly ate my plain tacos with the overwhelming feeling of defeat. Why? Why? Why!?

Yesterday I went through the drive thru of this place and order some food. I took it home and when I got home my order was all messed up there. I went back out gave them the receipt and food. This girl was so disrespectful she accused me of lying and trying to steal. I love Taco Bell and honestly had never had a problem there, until this. Why would I bring it back if there wasn’t something wrong with it? So I got my money back after minutes of being disrespected. I would highly recommend no one go here because 80% of the time order is messed up or you didn’t get all that you ordered. Then instead of them trying to fix there mistake you are the problem and they disrespected you and lie just so they don’t have to fix their mistakes. I am no longer going to any Taco Bell even in surrounding counties because they all have the same manager and if you can’t teach them that it’s not okay to be like that with someone then you don’t get my money. Trust me the Taco Bell’s are gonna be loosing money especially the one in Whitley because I go there a lot.. not any more though.

I have never seen a place that is so unorganized. Went through the first time and all of our food was horrible, after they forgot half of our order. Ended up throwing the food away because it was so nasty. Went through the next couple of times and it was better, but it was also day shift making it. I go in tonight and we are missing items, and my meat and potato tacos don’t even have meat on them. I don’t complain a lot and I hate to even write this review. But this is getting ridiculous!

I’m not sure what standards this place has for making your order but they failed big time on making a taco supreme (see photo). The girl at the window had zero personality and seemed very unfriendly. Guess that’s par for the course here.

Normally this place is pretty good. Most the workers are really friendly, the foods normally pretty good too. But tonight at 12AM, we got food for my mother’s birthday dinner. We got 3 burritos, 1 cup of fiesta potatoes, 1 nachos and cheese, and 1 nacho fries. 2 of the burritos had chicken in them, the food was all cold besides the fries, the chicken was cold and almost wet which was odd, but looking at and tasting it confirmed it was raw. The potatoes were hard. The only good items were the fries and nachos.

‼️WARNING VEGITARIANS AND PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES‼️. First negative review I have ever posted, but this place is seriously a health risk. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap. Halfway through eating it, I notice beef mixed in with the beans. Which would be fine, except I am allergic to beef. Hence why I ordered beans and not beef.
