When this location first opened we were pretty excited since it was closer to where we live. They were always pretty friendly and also very generous with their portions. Now over the last 3 weeks some of the employees act as if you are inconveniencing them by placing an order. Also, they are giving you the smallest portions of food. I ask nicely for a little extra lettuce for a salad bowl and they sprinkle it in. Ask if it would be possible to have a little extra fajita veggies and instead I get less than the normal amount. Like, what? Has corporate told you that putting a normal amount of food in a bowl is now faux pas? I hope this location can get back to what it used to be at some point.

Maaaaaaannnnnnn. I just ordered a high protein bowl but changed it to no lettuce, 1/2 pinto, 1/2 black beans, light sour cream and added queso. High protein is double chicken FYI.

We visit there often. My daughter loves their food. It is prepared fast so if you are hungry you do not wait to eat. The food is tasty and filling. You can make it your way. They have vegetarian option.

I didnt go in but I had my food delivered. When I got it I got into the chips first and they were somehow not fully cooked and stale? The chip bag wasn’t even filled all the way. My hand is were it was filled to. The actual food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t that good.

My family came in and bought 5 kids meals and 5 entrees. We asked for more than 3 sides and the rude manager and girl at the register wanted to argue saying we had to pay for sides. Even though you’re allowed 3 sides PER entree and we bought five entrees?? The girl who didn’t have a name tag on was down right fighting mas because we argued with her and the manager was even more rude. $100 for food and you want to charge for two extra sides we should have gotten for free? Terrible customer service.

Pretty disappointed in the overall experience coming to this Chipotle location. Staff were very direct instead of being friendly and courteous. You could tell the staff felt very rushed and definitely skimped out on portion
size. Had a buddy of mine ask for extra cheese on his bowl which you could tell that it annoyed the employee.

I tried this location 3 times now. The first time my quesadilla was packed with meat and juicy. Second time they completely missed the honey chicken and gave me a plain small one. Third time?! Seriously 3 pieces of chicken on the one half and the order size was definitely lacking on the other- my bfs quesadillas was the same way, veggies with very little chicken. Are they trying to skimp on product or something?!? I even called prior to my online order to make sure they had the chicken and they said “yes, we have plenty of chicken” and laughed like I was looney tunes for even asking.

This location was so clean, the staff were all absolutely awesome to work with the people at the front line that helped us where Mathias, Joshua, Katie, and a gentleman who was on the cash register this evening with all the aforementioned employees. I literally have NEVER HAD such an amazing entree OR experience at any other chipotle. Not to mention it was a Friday night at 7pm and I would’ve comfortable brought my 2 small children to eat if it wasn’t parents’ night out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its a fast food joint so dont expect great Tex Mex. The guacamole can be hit or miss. Not as many options as Moe’s. The chips are extra. I really like the red chimichurri sauce.
