We just drove back into NC from Georgia and it was so nice to have food well-made and fresh again. This is a nice little place with a small well-made selection of options. I had the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and cabbage. I could taste the fresh ingredients. My partner had a double cheeseburger and the best french fries. The fries were Crisp and delicate. I stole several.

Mama B’s Southern Kitchen is a small place in Wade, North Carolina. They serve fantastic Southern comfort food. The staff is very friendly and the food portions are very fair for the low price. I highly recommend eating here if you are in the area. It is only a few minutes from Exit 61 on I-95. It is handicap accessible.

Everyone here is very kind. The food is great, and there is a smorgus board of deserts waiting to stuff your face in. Price is average for an all you can eat buffet. It was $45 for 3 adults and one 4 year old. I guarantee you won’t be dissapointed.

While travelling 95, we pulled off and stopped here for a quick lunch. It was a Saturday and all they had to offer were burgers and sandwiches. We ordered chicken salad and ham & Swiss sandwiches and neither were available. Buffet only available on Sundays.

Food is fabulous! Very hometown feel. If you are looking for a high end restaurant you won’t find that here. What you Will find, a family type atmosphere with authentic Southern hospitality and food. I would make it a must stop when looking for the Authentic and cost affective meal! I would have given it 4 stars but a deal breaker for me is when my feet stick to the floor. Could use a good cleaning.

Always love coming here with the family, definitely worth that wait for Mrs. B’s food! The buffet has a big selection of southern comfort food. There is also a salad bar and lots of desserts to chose from. There is a box of gloves by buffet, which are mandatory to wear when in that room. Staff is like family and make you feel at home.

This cafe/buffet has always been excellent. I try to get by when out on my bikes in that area. They have a great, fresh cooked, homemade buffet and awesome sandwiches also.
The food here is cooked fresh for the buffet and cooked to order for normal orders. They do not use any of that instant stuff. They make everything from raw ingredients, such as mashed potatoes.
If you want a good, home cooked, country meal, stop by!
