Ordered food for myself and co-workers yesterday and after my co-worker ate half her sandwich she opened it to eat the inside of the sandwich (not the rest of bread) and she found a DEAD FLY, covered by mayo so it had clearly been there from the store. Needless to say we all stopped eating our food!!! I called the store for a refund and was first told to bring the sandwich back and they would make me another one!! What? Why would I want another sandwich from there? Told them I wanted a refund and was told, sorry since you’ll ordered on the app you have to go through the app… which was of course not true. The app clearly states, any refunds have to go through the store. I called the store back and guess the manager (after calling the GM) said you could bring ALL the merchandise back for a full refund (mind you half of it was already gone) or I could bring the “fly sandwich” back and get a cash refund on that one. That’s what I said I would do but then was asked, you want a refund for the whole 12inch or just a 6inch (guess because half was gone) Seriously? Who does that?? Most places would be embarrassed and do whatever necessary to make it right!! Will have a hard time ever eating Subway again and WILL NEVER eat at this Subway again for sure!

I just went in there and got a 3 inch kid sandwich in the guys that were working.It was 2 guys and they were awesome and they treated me really good.And it just made me feel really good and the food’s really good.It’s just a great experience.We’ll be coming back

Went to this location tonight for the first time. Most EXCELLENT service!! The guy working was about to take a break and he ended up following us in and made our meals. My only regret is I did not get his name. We left a tip because he was so awesome! Food was great too!

On June 18, I visited the store to buy a sandwich for dinner at home and after eating I found a long black hair and I know it wasn’t one of those they served. Because they did not have long hair and it was in the salad, I think they are supposed to have their hair covered, it seems that they are not paying attention to the sanitation rules, they do not return to the store because they do not I wanted to go out again but it’s sad to lose money that way

The Latino girl in this store sucks really bad can’t be friendly, yells at customers who are elderly, it not there fault they can’t hear well. When you ask for anything extra she says she can’t do that. The customer is always right in a store like this. They need to fire her I won’t go back. If you see the Latino girl leave. She didn’t have a name tag or Id leave her name.

First the manager said corporate said they couldn’t give me my food with the app showing I bought it, I called corporate they stated they never said that, I asked for a refund to my card, they said corporate said they couldn’t do that, corporate said they didn’t say that, so they stole my money, GOOD news corporate stated they will review the store because of complaints the the store has and possibly script the owner of franchise label

I ordered a sandwich through the app right before the winter storm. I never received my order. I even called and they confirmed it was returned back to the store. I’ve asked for a refund and even suggested if they couldn’t give me a refund then maybe a sandwich and no one has helped me at all. I’ve resulted to disputing with my bank. Who would’ve thought it would take all of this to get a refund on something I never received. Do better!

I ordered.
The Beast purple, a foot long and the big guy 300 pound guy with burly beard and the short little girl. On January 31st 2025 at 5 PM had refused my coupon. It was current and it said $6.99 period So
Therefore, I watched them as I refused to purchase their full price of $11 and I observed them taking the sandwich to eat for themselves period instead of giving me the $6.99 coupon period

I put an online order in and they are claiming I didn’t make one when i literally have the proof it took the money out of my account. Don’t order online and expect your food from this store.
The lady I talked to also was very unprofessional and rolled her eyes when I showed her my proof I ordered. Then just walked away from me. Never again.

Walked in around 1pm, they were handing lunch rush hour well.. watched the young lady make two sandwiches before I placed my order. I asked can you change you gloves please… she looked at me questioning as to why. I said, I don’t eat pork.. she says I didn’t know turkey was pork?!? I didn’t feel like explaining to her she make a sandwich with pork before the turkey. After going back and forth I asked to move forward with the order. She asked another employee to finish my order. He willingly did. She did change her glove when I asked but she wanted to discuss the matter with the customers behind me. Checked out while they talked about me, I hope she washed her hands after her smoke break as her cigarette was still sitting on the counter. Be mindful of people with allergies and who don’t consume certain foods etc.
