I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero. By far the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The chicken on the plate was the total amount of chicken in my chicken and broccoli. Sauce was so congealed that it was weird. Lo Mein was not any better.

I love this place and I’ll miss it when I leave for Nevada! The food is so delicious. I dine in practically every other weekend and the food comes quick in about ten to fifteen minutes. Sure the interior isn’t large and fancy, but I like the cozy atmosphere. I’m usually very nervous in large, spacey, fancy places, but this restaurant is very “homey”. I love it!

Didn’t not receive sauce for sweet and sour dish and portion of Wantons rang them back. Was told the delivery person was on his way back with them. No one turned up. The meal was very dry without the sauce!!! Rang next day women basically told me she was the only woman there and I hadn’t rang to tell them about sauce and Wantons. Shame really food had been good in the past saying that always have spoken to a man to order before

This a great little hole in the wall dive! Food is always hot, clean, and service is always friendly. If you want some Chinese American food and are in Vine Grove this place is worth trying. I suggest any of their sweet and sour items or the Mongolian Beef.

If you are on Fort Knox don’t order from this place. We ordered food at 1722 and were told one hour. Fast forward one hour we call to check, and apparently the delivery driver was in an accident while bringing us food. Fast forward about another hour and our food was apparently just sent out for delivery 15 minutes ago, which is an hour and 45 minutes. After a discussion with them over the phone and inaccurate Information we decided to cancel the order. At that time we were informed they would still charge our card, for terrible customer service. Good thing for us is we decided to pay cash. If you do order pay cash so you don’t get the run around for two hours and end up getting charged for cold food.

My husband ordered 3 things but somehow they made 6 orders of dumplings and told him it was his fault for them not taking the order right. Last time I checked when a customer says I didn’t order this, can you take it back and I get a refund the restaurant complies and doesn’t hang up the phone on you. Do not recommend.

This restaurant and the people in it are DISGUSTING!!! They have no regard for any customer. They were preparing food for the customers on a dirty table with NO GLOVES and NO table cloth right at the front door of the restaurant in plain view. They were also EATING at that same table. It was the most disrespectful thing I’ve EVER seen ESPECIALLY during COVID-19. China House DOES NOT take cleanliness seriously AT ALL! I will never eat their food again and I’m telling everyone I know so they don’t get sick and Me and my family had been eating food from them for years! YUCK! China House in Vine Grove has just lost a loyal customer.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am usually very satisfied with service and food here but tonight was horrible. The food was an hour late and was cold and wet from the rain. The driver did not use an umbrella nor did he bag the food. When i complained about the condition of the food he laughed. I phoned the restaurant and was told that they were sorry and would give me 2 free combos when i bought something else next time. I basically wasted 66.00 on garbage. I will not use them again. If you run into a problem, be advised that the manager is gone for long long time…lol. Maybe a new manager and delivery driver is in order. I am happy that a new and much cleaner place has opened in Radcliff. Shame on China House.

I love Chinese food, with that being said. I must say this is great food, with amazing portions! Truly is a hidden gem in Hardin county Kentucky. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff they have always been super nice.
