We had the Pho 1 and the Spicy Beef Noodle soup. They were so good and flavorful! If you like real pho, this is the place to go.

Vee was so kind and helpful in assisting us. The food was so fresh, flavorful and the serving size was perfect. I wish I took a picture of my husbands plate. She even took her time taking my mom’s phone order and assured us the preparation of her order would still be great for our long drive home. It’s the small things of kindness that makes all the difference. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent and authentic Vietnamese food with friendly service. The restaurant opened three weeks ago. The owner is committed to offering healthy fresh foods to Monroe-West Monroe. The pho broth is simmered down for couple of days from bones to create a rich bone broth. The menu also has sandwiches, vermicelli dishes and bubble tea.

I’d heard there was a new place that served great pho and boy were they right! I ordered with rare sliced beef which came on a small plate; it cooked up perfectly in the piping hot broth. The pho was accompanied by the usual suspects of Siracha and hoisin sauce with bean sprouts, sliced jalapeño, cilantro and lime. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce.

DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE!!! It is amazing!!!! I love their fried rice, the fish sauce is also so good. The pho is incredible. It’s a small spot with a big impact.

I’m so glad we now have an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in our area! The food and drinks are delicious and reminded me of all the times I’ve had real Vietnamese food in big cities. This will be one of my go to places for Pho, vermicelli rice noodle bowls, and real Vietnamese coffee!

Finally a real Vietnamese cuisine focused restaurant in the Monroe and West Monroe area. Looked to be a typical menu for most Vietnamese restaurants. We had the pho, spring rolls, spicy beef soup (bun bo hue) and a passion fruit bubble tea. The broth on both the soups was head and shoulders above anything I’ve had locally, pork in the spring rolls was well seasoned, and the bubble tea was a sweet enough cool down to the spice of the soup . They’re having a soft opening for now pending a grand opening soon, so there were a few menu items not yet available or out of stock (looking forward to the bao/buns) and they are still training staff but experience was quite good. They’re going to need more space once people discover how good it is

The best pho in this area. We usually drive to Shreveport, but this is going to be a regular spot. The fried wings are amazing as well. Quick service and the atmosphere is great. It’s a smaller place, limited seating but worth any wait!! Can’t wait to try the bubble tea next time.
