Great Restaurant, that have a very large menu to choose from and also have a ice cream shop there as well. I got the Buffalo Chicken Stromboli, first off it was massive and probably the best Stromboli I’ve ever had. Highly recommend checking Capital Pizza out!

Excellent steak stromboli, antipasto salad, and meatball subs. Always friendly on the phone, and when they deliver.

I am very picky about my pizza and these guys NEVER disappoint! They have great food! and I love their ‘pay with cash discounts’.

This is a very good local place. You can get subs pizza and platters even. We usually just get subs or pizza. Most of the time we have it delivered. Sometimes I go and pick it up. We have never actually eaten there but they do seem to have a few tables. It’s nothing fancy just a neighborhood pizza place. But the people are nice. The pizza is very good. And the delivery is efficient

Salad was very large and very good. Boneless wings were awful! They’re the fake chicken nuggets. They were fried to death. They charged for celery which were little nubs that were brown and mushy. And my food reaked of cigarette smoke from the driver (who got a $6 tip + 3 delivery charge) and no napkins. Too many other options to order from there again. Sorry.

My great experiences here started off with the owner and they also continue to this day, placing an order for pick up for a $12 pizza with two toppings.
Surprisingly good!

Most food is average but the pizza is really poor. I’ve seen a lot of reviews for this place that say how good the pizza is and it makes me doubt the reviews are legit.
I understand supply and demand and I understand that the food delivery business has been booming since this whole Covid thing has been going on. So I can’t blame them for “capitalizing” on the situation and raising their prices somewhat. But they raised their prices WAY up. AND 3 dollars for a delivery charge? That’s insane! I usually tip about 5 dollars and I’m a half mile away. 8 dollars for delivery ain’t gonna happen for me and I’m not going to screw the driver just so the owner can profit on delivery. I found out about the price increase last night when I ordered delivery and when the driver tried to hand me an updated menu I told him to give it back to his boss because I won’t need a capital menu again. Including the tip, it cost me $28.35 for 1order of Capital Fries and 2 (very small) slices of cake. That’s leaning toward price gouging if you ask me.

I have been getting the lunch specials 3-4 times per week for the past 6+ months. Today was the first time I I called to let them know how disappointed I was with the fried chicken salad that consisted of one thin strip of chicken about an inch in length over a scant amount of lettuce covered by mounds of greasy fried breading that resembled bacon bits. If I knew this prior to departing to the beach, I would have returned it to them as it was barely edible at $9 + cost. Their response was : Thank you for letting us know, no apology. I guess my feedback is not valued as a loyal Customer. Needless to say, I will not be going back as they are not interested nor concerned about quality improvement. Disappointed does not even begin to describe how I feel. It is a shame because other items have exceeded my expectations and I will miss the camaraderie of some members of their staff. I cannot recommend Capital Pizza given this unfortunate event.
