I’ve been wanting to try Jersey Mike’s &, I was pleased to find out we were getting one on Juban. Sadly, my 1st experience was not a good one. This was the 1st & last. I ordered a RB sandwich with provolone, onions, pickles, Mayo, Jalapenos, banana peppers & and tomatoes. The sandwich was so bland that it had maybe a couple of the toppings that I wanted on it. The taste of the RB was certainly off & just wasn’t good. I was very disappointed that I paid so much for a bad experience with this sandwich shop.

I came and was immediately judged! The staff looked at me, and you could see them judging. The guy who took my order, gave me a paper that had my order on there and had me jump ahead of everyone and pay before receiving my food. I watched as others paid after they got their food. Not only was that rude but it was also embarrassing for me.
EDIT: I’m not sure how to reply back. I understand what you’re trying to say but that was not the case when I was there. There was an elder woman infront of me. And a couple sitting down already with their food. I wouldn’t have had to wait for anything long. As soon as I walked in, they eyeballed me. The girl who was working with them definitely sized me up. If you were to go back and watch the cameras, you could see. In my opinion, it looked like they were looking at me like I wasn’t going to pay so they wanted me to pay before making my food. As I said, it was not busy at all for them to make me just pay so I don’t have to wait. That makes 0 sense. The people who came in after me were all older and I stayed a watch. Nobody else had to do what they had me do. Regardless, it was embarrassing and just uncalled for. Between all the looks and then the situation. I won’t be back. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on establishments like this especially with this justification trying to go on.

The experience at Jersey Mike’s was great. The staff was efficient and friendly, but one employee stood out (Caden). This individual was observed assisting customers at various stations. The employee moved from the front line to the grill, and also helped with cleaning and restocking. The employee’s dedication to keeping things running smoothly ensured customers received orders quickly and accurately. The hard work and willingness to help made a difference in the store’s atmosphere and efficiency. The commitment to the job and helping customers was refreshing. The sub was great, and the service was even better.

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Crystal for making it extra special! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that made me feel welcome right away.
Crystal was not only friendly but also super attentive and fast. She handled my order with care, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and even offered great suggestions when I couldn’t decide. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and cares about the customers.

I went to this Jersey Mikes location while on a drive with my kids. Me and my family walked in, we were greeted by a kind young girl named Sarah. I ordered The Super Sub and both of my kids got the Kids Meal. I have been to many Jersey Mikes locations and none have toped the service and food I received here. The subs were very tasty and my kids said their meals were great too. I will be returning if I pass by and I recommend going. I hope each time I go I get served by Sarah she gave us amazing food and she was great with my kids they were all smiles after talking to her. 10/10 experience!!

hands down the BEST sub shop ive ever been to! the atmosphere, the staff and their friendliness as well as the cleanliness is honestly top tier and dont get me started on their subs, everything is always so fresh and perfect. GO TRY THEM!

Theres NO reason it should be $20 for ONE sub.. just because you CALL it a giant sub, throw an oily sauce on it doesnt make it gourmet. You serve cold subs, not sushi.. get a grip.

I had a wonderful experience with this location! I’m out visiting family and wanted the comfort of my favorite sandwich shop , the fam had suggested Jersey mikes and naturally I had to! Crystal was the one who helped me and my family out and I’m very impressed with her level of attentive service and kindness, workers with that level of compassion are hard to come by she even helped me calm my youngest down in the midst of a tantrum! Crystal went above and beyond our expectations and the next time we come out here I’ll be sure to stop by to see her again!
