Not sure if I’ll go back. Ordered a pizza, teriyaki wing app, and a veal parm sub. Pizza was good. Veal parm was lame and I asked for lettuce which they did not give me. The teriyaki wings were just plain wings with a thing of sauce which is not worth the 13$. Plus some of the wings were the size of my pinky they’re crazy small. There are better Italian options in Franklin for sure.

We ordered a falafel wrap to share. As stated on the menu it should have had falafel, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and tahini sauce. It contained none of the ingredients expect for the falafel and soggy lettuce. It was the worst sandwich we’ve ever had. We split the pita sandwich and my husband got the so called “better” half. I got stuck with the soggy lettuce which made the pita bread mushy, dripping onto the plate. Also, the falafel are not made there, they are frozen and they were saturated with oil. This was gross! The people who run this place just don’t care.

I had one of the worst ordering experiences ever. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but they delivered a plain cheese pizza instead. When I called to report the mistake, the person on the phone was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I then spoke with someone claiming to represent the manager, who insisted I had ordered a cheese pizza instead of acknowledging their error. Although they eventually agreed to send a replacement, their overall attitude made me feel uneasy about accepting food from them, so I canceled the order. The whole experience was awful, and I will never order from this place again. With such poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My wife’s salad was excellent. She’s fussy hasn’t liked a salad I ordered till you guys. My pizza was excellent also. Not all places have Anchovie. My Sausage and Anchovie was so good. It’s a 16 inch pizza. Most places large is 14in.Im so glad you guys reopened.

Horrible experience. I order from here at least once a week. Today I received a soggy sub. I called and was told they’d send another sub out. After 45 minutes of nothing I call back for them to say the owner said you can’t get a new sub or a refund. I then had to leave my house to drive all the way there to get my refund. Not once did the owner come out and say anything. I’ll never return there! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do better!
