I tend to only get the caramel Frappuccino. I used to love getting a tall cappuccino, but you couldn’t go from one store to the next and get it to taste the same sometimes they were great sometimes less than. So I will keep coming back to Starbucks I just miss the old barista’s packing the groundsand getting the time timing correct for brewing.

Spent a good 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous. And there’s no way to get out of the drive-thru line. You’re trapped. I will never go to this location again (Chalmette, LA). And the coffee wasn’t even that good.

Just went to Starbucks super excited to get my red cup. Ordered a white chocolate mocha which is clearly on the Holliday menu and was denied my red cup. I’m a faithful Starbucks customer and was extremely disappointed not just that I was denied the red cup but also because after I pointed out the discrepancy, I was still rudely denied and dismissed. 10/10 do NOT RECCOMEND!

The employee was working on the register & ignoring the line of people waiting to order. I ignored the multiple times that my order was incorrect & kept going back but the staff here is terrible!!
