I would give you guys the 5 star rating, but we have a problem with one of your managers on night shift at the graveyard, or the one. That’s coming on to first shift. She is a black lady who is Jamaican and she is very rude and very explosive. When it comes to the white employee, which is a young boy who is making sure that the people’s money is correct. She snatches the money out of their hands, and tells them to quit lollygagging around and doubtedly Downs the other employee in front of all your other customers is quite rude. And unprofessional, I’m here every single night spending 60 to $200 a night and just gasoline, and then I go to work at my nursing home where I work at and I purchase a bunch of coffee for the nurses. I would like you to address your managers on this day on this shift and address the situation that your manager should not be getting on to your employees in front of customers. I’m being rude and and being unprofessional. In the manner that she is, she snatches the money and i’m properly puts the money in the.Register where the young man is followed by your corporate rules.By putting the money in the proper places.Obviously some of us know what that means. When we have worked at stores like this before think you need to address your night shift or a first shift jamaican.Lady and ask her to please be a little bit more professional. When it comes to treating young people or other employees with care and respect of the atmosphere of others as well as your customers.Thank you, and have a super blessed day

Review for Dodge’s Gas Station, S McKenzie, Foley, AL
I had a really disappointing experience at Dodge’s Gas Station on S McKenzie recently, and I feel it’s important to share. My boyfriend and I walked over from our hotel to grab some DayQuil and tobacco products before he headed to work. Madison, the cashier, provided absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, which made us feel uncomfortable and borderline disrespected with a hint of racism.
Here’s what happened: Madison asked for my ID, which was confusing because just two days prior, she sold us alcohol, cigarettes, and an e-vape without asking for it. My boyfriend started to show his ID but she insisted on she must see mine. We went back to the hotel to grab my ID, and when I returned, it seemed like she had alerted the other staff about us, possibly making them aware that we was walking back in and to stop talking about the situation.
When we got to the counter, she goes to get the merchandise and proceeded to THROW it onto the counter, demanding my ID again. It felt overly aggressive, especially since she didn’t even check my boyfriend’s ID. She was only focused on harassing me about mine. After I showed her my ID and paid, I asked her to hand me the merchandise in my hand, but she outright refused, saying she didn’t have to put anything in my hand. When I told her that it’s basic customer service to hand products to customers, her response was dismissive. She said ” why should I have to put something in your hand”
A black employee then stepped in and handed the products to my boyfriend, saying “this is too much.” I couldn’t tell if she was referring to my request for basic respect or Madison’s lack of respect and customer service skills. Either way, it was frustrating but I still thanked her for putting it in his hand.
I won’t be returning to this store because I know you guys not going to fire her it clear as day she is use to it , and it’s disheartening to hear from another customer as we are leaving out that Madison’s behavior has been reported multiple times without any action taken. It leaves a bad taste and makes me question whether Dodge’s supports this kind of borderline racist treatment environment. I truly hope management addresses these issues because no one should feel unwelcome or disrespected, especially in a service setting.

This is my go-to place after work for gas, supplies & food. Dig the gas is cheaper if you pay cash. It’s open late so I don’t have to worry about arriving before a certain time. The staff is amazing! They make me feel welcome and as if I’m visiting friends rather than late night shopping. Justin is my favorite. He knows exactly what I want to order based upon the night I arrive (whether it’s 3 egg rolls on Wednesdays or a spicy chicken sandwich with a couple JoJos on Fridays), and he makes me laugh every single time I walk in. Definitely a great local stop!

Okay this place has got to get better. I mostly have good things to say about this place because I always get my coffee here first thing in the morning, and sometimes I come back after work. But today I walk in there is hardly anybody in there just a few customers but the atmosphere was terrible very dirty filthy. The cashier that ring me up for the slushie drink I had which finally Cherry is back in service I love that. You can just tell by looking at her face she did not want to be there. I used to send people home that acted like that towards our customers. Management needs to train their employees in customer service and they need to spend time with them to make sure they get it. After all without the good customers the business goes down. I don’t care how high your food is if people ain’t happy they’ll stop coming. This is a good place a very good place to eat I love it here but the customer service you’re going to have to have more smiles when people walk in that door when you get to the cash register. They need to ask questions was everything all right is there anything that we could change something. You don’t need a bunch of deadbeats just taking your money after you want to buy something. Standing there with their hands in their pockets when they could be out cleaning the messes that are out there. Come on dodges just get it together. Act like you care about the business. Have a blessed day P.S. you get great customer service in there your business could double maybe even triple what it is doing now. I know for a fact great customer service makes a difference. I learned it from one of the best businessmen ever. Sam Walton. Rest in peace brother
