We’ve been to Sushi Spott many times. The sushi is outstanding. The service is attentive but doesn’t pester. The rolls are awesome. We have tried many and never had a bad one. Kyle roll FTW. We come all the way from Kirkland for this Spott because of the welcoming feeling we get there. We feel like valued customers instead of captive diners trapped in a 15 minute city (like in Kirkland). And it’s nice. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at this new sushi spot! Every single dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The rolls were fresh and creative — from the crunchy tempura-topped eel roll to the spicy, savory tuna and salmon combos loaded with scallions and tobiko. The Spam musubi was a fun and delicious surprise, perfectly balanced and satisfying. Even the miso soup was rich and comforting, a great start to the meal. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was chill, and the quality was top-tier. Definitely coming back — this place is a gem!

Wow, we all were blown away by how fresh and big the rolls were! Delicious, delicious, delicious. None of the rolls we ordered were a miss and we greatly enjoyed our meal. I was especially a fan of the Kyle roll. The music was a bit loud and there were a few rap tracks, which made our experience slightly less enjoyable but not terribly so. The waitstaff are very helpful. They were still out of a few apps & rolls but I’m excited to come back to try them out. The prices were good, as well. Would highly recommend this place!

For years my wife and I have lamented there’s no good sushi within a 45 minute drive of us, and now, finally, within city limits there rises a champion of delicious fish! We’ve been twice now during their “soft opening” and if this is what we get to look forward to it’s our new favorite place out! Service is excellent, prices are reasonable, selection and options are WILD. I’ve had sushi on both coasts of the US, North and South on both sides, inbetween and on other continents. I LOVE sushi, but it’s usually been a special occasion thing because we have to go to the city and everything is expensive in the city, ect. No more! We ordered 4 rolls, the ocean (seaweed) salad and the cost after tip was 65 bucks… We’ve spent more money at KFC, so safe to say this is a solid favorite right now and we couldn’t be more stoked. There’s almost too many options! Even when the fryer is down, therefor half the menu is null and void, the options are prolific. The Hawaiian five oh is a great roll, the flavors swirl and evolve as you go, it’s an excellent flavor journey. The salad was a generous portion good enough for the two of us in one serving. The things that are listed as “spicy” are pretty mild and shouldn’t scare any but the most spice sensitive. We’ve already been back, so look forward to seeing us around.

I just attended Sushi Spott’s soft opening in Monroe, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The menu has a great variety, with both traditional options and unique rolls you won’t find anywhere else. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, and it shows! I can already tell this will become my go-to sushi spot in town. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

We had lunch here. We ordered the gyoza, 007 roll, three amigo roll, unagi roll, and the mad 4 garlic roll.
One thing I hate about gyoza is how hot the inside can be and burning my mouth. That was not the case here. The temperature of the gyoza was perfectly warm and enjoyable.
The flavor of our sushi rolls were delicious and the texture was very nice and felt like the fish was very fresh.
There were some menu items that were unavailable due to their fryers not working yet, but it just makes me want to go back and try more when the fryers are up and running.
We definitely enjoyed it and will be going back for date nights.

Are you kidding me! This place is amazing and just what monroe needed. The sushi is on the mark, sashimi is amazing and the rolls don’t even get me started. Fast friendly service! if you want sushi and don’t go get you are nuts!

Krista was our server for the night, and she was excellent!! Very attentive and sweet. Food was delicious as well. My boyfriend and I went here on our first date and came back for our one year and it never disappoints.
