Band-aid in my spring roll…
What really bothers me is that, yes, there was a band-aid, but that this person thought it was ok to continue working with food knowing they are contaminating your food. There is no way this isn’t a health hazard. There are a lot of blood born pathogens out there like Hep-B/C…why take the risk? If your bleeding and need a band-aid…AT LEAST USE FREAKEN GLOVES!!!!!
This really sucks because it was one of my new favorite places to get asian food.

They did email me to apologize and state they have fired the assistant who prepared that spring roll, so I appreciate that. And I understand no one is perfect and things will happen from time to time…But I don’t think I’ll be back there anytime soon. I will upgrade the ranking to 2/5, only because they did apologize.

We got in 45 minutes before they closed. The food was still fresh, and made with the same care as if we came in earlier on. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place

The best Asian restaurant in St Augustine. Lovely bowl of Pho, really nice fresh spring rolls. A couple of the noodle dishes were not outstanding….but personal preference. Ice tea always seems a bit weak to me….again, personal preference. Have always had great service – friendly, attentive staff. Appreciate that restaurant and rest rooms are always clean.

Went with a friend, wasn’t very hungry so I got the spring rolls. They are not fried like egg rolls. The waiter very skillfully made sure that I was aware of that. He was an excellent waiter in other ways as well. The spring rolls were huge, the peanut sauce was very good. More than filled me up. I also tried one of the gyoza appetizers my friend got. Very pleased with everything I tried that day. Clean and pleasant inside.

The best. The food and service are always incredible. We come here often and have never been disappointed. Their pho is the best, but so many of their other dishes are incredibly delicious too. Can’t go wrong!

Loved it! The green tea boba was the best I’ve ever tasted (although the boba pearls themselves were somewhat stick together but it was fine). The food was great of course. I love their spring rolls- simply delicious. I ordered the vermicelli and was not disappointed. Great flavor, especially in the pho broth that I also tried. Overall, a great experience, with great food and kind, polite service. The food was out fast too, which is always a plus. 10/10 would recommend and return!

Hands down my favorite place to get asian food from. Service is consistently wonderful. They always treat me so well and are always so friendly every time I go in. The food is great and the portions are big so you never leave hungry or disappointed. Not to mention the prices are more than reasonable give the amount and quality you receive. Recommended for sure!

EXCELLENT. period. A lot of food. AWESOME. Excellent service. Clean and love the tables. I got a lot of food and exactly what I want. Got the Pho chicken with noodles. Love the fact that the some vegetables are on the side, just in case I don’t want it in the Pho (big sour). Got also great rice with beef. 🙂
