Did not get my sandwich. The lady yells at you and tries to make you order online. After waiting 20 minutes to order she completely was so disrespectful and yelling at me out the door. Never have I experienced this. Worst location and people. Her attitude is extreme. She should be fired or taken down. Store is gross and filthy. She grabbed cookies off floor and did not change gloves or care. Worst service I’ve ever seen

I’ve had so many issues here through the years most recent I went in and the owners man and women were in there and the woman was scratching her bare foot sitting next to the toaster maximum 4 feet away from all the OPEN FOOD. Absolutely disgusting behavior and humans.

Private owners not a subway franchise, and pay attention when you’re pouring your ice in your cup. Notice all the wonderful black spots filled with mold all over your ice. Ice machine has been filled with mold for an over a year and when you tell someone, no one cares to clean it, or it still wouldn’t look like that . Do you know how sick mold covered ice can make you? My best advice is to just stay away.

I ordered a foot long sub online and asked for it to be toasted. I also paid for extra meat. When I opened my sub, it was neither toasted nor given extra meat. I also placed an order in person. I asked for spinach and lettuce was put on the sandwich. Then the cup they gave me began to leak and when I asked for a new one, I was given a replacement cup a size smaller than what I paid for.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness here and was disappointed in the small portion sizes compared to every other subway I frequent. No scales were used but the portions in my protein bowl were half of normal. The place seemed to be running out of everything and was stretching what they had.

Seems that employees at this location were not told that speaking Punjabi while prepairng order for a English speaker is very rude! I felt not wanted as a customer. For $10.00 the experience was poor and I will never return!

Store 514c is the worst subway I ever been to
Very rude owner I asked him from fresh vegetables
He wanted to put the bad saggy ones by force and he is so cheap putting tiny amounts of everything I never ever seen anything like that to any of the subway I ever been to .will never go there again .

Very unpleasant experience. Sign on the door said they were closing early due to lack of staff. They had 1 employee working (in the whole store) during lunch on a Saturday so it took about 20 minutes to get our good and sit down. The bread we got was stale. He threw out 3 or 4 others before he decided the one he got was the best one. The spinach and lettuce was super good and old, but the employee that was working was able to replace that for us at least. Employee working was very nice and doing what he could, but in a very bad position.
