Stopped at the location in Tucson awhile back and they didnt have the hot chicken there but got to try out this location. Had the hot chicken sandwich and the Arizona dreaming burger. Both absolutely delicious. Nice spot right in tempe close to ASU.

When we got to this place there was no one in line. We ordered our food. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes while people who ordered after us got their food. I went up to the counter twice asking how long our food will be done only to be told soon. When we got our order the food was terrible. My mom and I ordered the enchilada plate and the enchiladas were cold and tasteless/bland the corn tortillas were cold and stiff. The rice was burnt and dried out from the heat lamp and beans were cold. They were packaged in seperate containers with tiny sad portions. I even ordered a 2 carne asada taco and corn tortillas tasted like they came straight out of the package they were cold and stiff the carne asada was also cold and tasteless. I was really disappointed with the meal. My daughter ordered the chicken sandwich and fries which she enjoyed. Even the drinks tasted of carbonation and we had to get a different flavor or drinks. You would think that waiting for over 30 minutes for our food it would be hot and fresh but it did not. I paid close to $50 for our food only to be so disappointed with the food and wait time. This place is a hard pass.

Staff is so friendly! Very helpful and kind. We ordered the family chicken sandwich box of 10 for our family of 7 and each sandwich is massive! The value and taste is fantastic. Highly recommend!

My favorite chicken sandwich place hands down. They make the most amazing fried chicken sandwich. Everyone’s super nice and foods is always amazing. And as a bonus they have Mexican and Indian food so literally something for everyone.

I recently ordered chicken biryani from Papa Locas, but what I received was more like over-spiced fried rice. The dish was extremely salty and spicy, even though I specifically asked for a mild spice level. It was far from what I expected when ordering biryani, and I’m disappointed with the lack of attention to customer requests. Definitely not ordering from here again!

Ate here and the menu prices aren’t even accurate (the actual cost is more ofc), they tax you more than sales tax, they charge for cheese even which is insane.
The food is mid at best and mostly just frozen Sysco food heated up.
The store also has a B health rating and I’m shocked they even managed that as the kitchen looks disgusting.
Great place to eat if you need an excuse to miss work tomorrow!

First time ordering from this restaurant, decided to check the menu online and use their online ordering site to order food and paid online. Ordered for the whole family and it gave me an estimated time, travel 10 miles to the restaurant arrive on time and the worst thing? food wasn’t even ready . No one at the restaurant just one person working who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Says we don’t have the stuff u ordered through the site, don’t have any patties or chicken tikka or such in the restaurant. When asking him why didn’t you inform me when i ordered online? He said my ph# wasn’t showing the platform. So then why does everything show available to order on the platform in the first place?? Their online ordering system is outdated! When asking for the refund, he then called his manager and finally after 15min they decided to refund in form of cash. Didn’t even bother to apologize or offer any courtesy credit for the inconvenience. My worst experience by far! The whole dinner plan was ruined because of their negligence
