The employees are negligent and if you are ordering online(door dash etc) they are not confirming who they are giving your order to. They will cancel your order if you try to order it again. The customer service number online for delivery is not directly linked to the store which I’m sure benefits them in some way. The number on Google is the correct one. Very disappointed

If I could if no star I would ordered a tuna sub and the top of the bread was burned and there was no tuna on the other half of the bread. I give up, the whole thing had to go in the trash. Call subway and no one answered the phone. Big mistake, save urself the trouble.

The 2 employees that worked that day are not very cleaned. The food counter is dirty ketchup, mayo, mustard all over. The male employee didn’t remove his glove after cashing for a customer. I had to remind him. The vegetables weren’t fresh. Hopefully we don’t get a stomach bug from this meal today

I went in to the store with my friends. And we had Dunkin. owners were very rude threatening to call cops of me and my friends for having Dunkin. When a lady came in with Dunkin. She got not a word spoken to her. Very disappointed. Very rude to customers. Employees were great to us. Just the owners were very rude and disrespectful. Very disgusted.

The place is clean. The atmosphere is good. The people are respectful. But the way they make their sandwiches are not. My husband bought 2 foot long subs that had more bread than meat. My husband was hungry by the time he got home. Waste of money and time. Will not return there again. Will go somewhere else that puts more meat and can fill a person up. We want what we pay for.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Visited on 9/2/22 @ 4:09pm. Brought in a coupon from our local mail. I’m not poor, but figured why not use it since it was sent to us. I presented the coupon before ordering, and the male employee said they no longer take coupons in hand “because of inflation.” So I asked why they still send them out. He said “do you want the sub or not? It’s only like a two dollar difference. I said yes I still wanted it. He made the sub, and then told me as I was cashing out that next time I could use a coupon if I process the order online. I’m 49, and that’ll be the day I get disrespect in front of people by some little clown. This is my first negative post EVER!
