Definitely has that classic hole-in-the-wall vibe. It’s a tiny, family-run spot with just three tables, so it’s mostly geared toward takeout. The menu is primarily in Spanish—English is there, but it feels like an afterthought—which honestly is a good sign. You can tell their main clientele is local and Mexican, which usually means the food sticks closer to authentic flavors.
The food itself is decent—nothing mind-blowing, but solid for what you’d expect from a place like this. Good people, friendly service, and a no-frills atmosphere. It’s one of those spots you pop into when you’re craving something quick, familiar, and homemade. Don’t come expecting bells and whistles—just straightforward, home-style Mexican food.

The food was delicious. Every single bite was full of flavor. I always decided if the food is going to be good based on how the rice and beans taste. The rice was so fluffy and soft and the beans had an amazing taste to them. I’m definitely be coming back for more 10/10

I had a Pambaso and took home tamales. The pambaso was really good and the tamales were some of the best tamales I’ve had in a while. The lady who took our order was very nice and it felt like I was eating at someone’s home.

400 gym calories replaced with this and it was…Meh. Good use of cactus, great beans, but the rice tasted like oil and the food tasted like what was put on it, not “infused” flavor. Chicken tacos were chunk, not shredded and marinated.

Just grabbed a couple of tamales from there, and the lady was friendly, and it’s a very clean place, and the tamales were very good.

I was informed that it would be 15 minutes for 12 tacos and chips and guacamole… Still waiting over a half hour later.
Seems like only 2 employees are working in the back and they are really busy. I think it would be wise to have more people work on a Sunday.
This was my first time and most likely my last time coming here. Hope the food is worth the wait.
Just wanted to say the food was worth the wait.

It was good, but pricey. 3 small carne asada tacos rice and beans, small horcahta, $20. Not much English spoken here, that’s how you know it’s good! A good lunch special would be nice to see. The red sauce was really good, little on the hot side, but full of flavor and kinda creamy.

Our usual tamale lady stopped serving tamales so my family has been trying to find a new place to go. We got a dozen pork tamales and a dozen cheese and jalapeño tamales from here to try… and they were YUMMY! We liked their tamales more than our old place. The ladies working were very sweet. We will be back! Thank you

Excellent food. I moved to the area 5 months ago, and I have struggled to find a Mexican place that has good steak tacos, rice, and beans. I’m happy to say I have finally found that place.
Every place I went to uses beef steak, and the one place that used real steak had beans and rice that I didn’t like.
The portion sizes are also very good, and the prices are reasonable. I suggest trying this place out if you haven’t yet.
