I come here whenever I have a chance. My favorite combo dish is shrimp fried rice noodles with hot and sour soup (love it more with hot sauce) and I also like the sesame chicken. My girls love the chicken broccoli and egg drop soup.

I don’t know if they started cutting corners or what, but there’s sesame chicken used to be the best in the area and it is awful now. It snaps like a toothpick. two orders in a row quality has completely gone downhill.

We just moved into the area. We had our meal delivered. My first experience was a great one! Thumbs up! Great customer service and very efficient. Pricing is typical/average. I was given a 40 minute time of delivery and our food arrived really fast, within 20 minutes, very hot and steamy! The delivery personnel was kind and greeted me kindly. The food we ordered was fantastic; typical tasty, spot-hitting, fast-food Asian cuisine. Wanting to try a few items just to taste the variety offered at this location, we ordered: Fried Shrimp, 3 different types of eggrolls, Chicken Chow Fun, General Tso’s Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice… everything was delicious as we had hoped. We’ll miss our usual take-out in Brooklyn, but this will become our new take-out spot. We have decided that we would definitely order from this restaurant again.
I guess with some other patrons that had a bad experience, it’s plausible and you can’t discount their experiences, as I’ve had horrible experiences similar at different restaurants. It can definitely be a hit or miss. Our experience was great… in our case, a hit, and I’d recommend giving it a try.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The delivery driver was very disrespectful and when I asked for my change back he tried to snatch the food out my hand because I wasn’t going to tip him. After I wouldn’t let go he threw my change in the bag and walked out.
Then I called the restaurant because they didn’t give the right order and they were disrespectful and said no refund or exchange and they didn’t care if I didn’t come back.
The whole time I was very cordial and they were horrible. I will never give them money again

Their customer service is horrible. They are bias to certain ethnic groups. I use to order from them for years and their service has decreased under new ownership tremendously. The quality of the food has also decreased in value. Most importantly their bad customer service and communication is very distasteful in every way

Horrible customer service today. I asked to replace/ refill the ketchup on the table because it was low and the ketchup in it already was looking old. The female and guy in the back refused to do so. Will not return. Customer service is important, don’t settle for these type of behaviors if you are spending your money anywhere.

Food wasn’t very good, pork eggroll had a weird fishy taste and the fried rice was very bland. Savior of my meal was their fried pork wantons, but even those were a lackluster version of what you can get from some other places in baldwin. Overall not good, would not recommend
