I’m never going to this place again I was eating my food and the food wasnt fresh but the thing that got me was their was a tiny worm moving in my food when I took it back she wouldn’t give me my money back and I paid 11 dollars plus tax and she said I’m only giving you half of the money back but she only gave me 4 dollars she had the most nasty attitude and when I told her I wanted all my money back she argued with me she said well you drunk the tea and ate the egg roll and I told her I didnt noticed the moving bug in my food until after and she still didnt give all my money back if your customer isn’t satisfied you should make sure that they are and all I asked for was for my money back the lady that works there is rude she never says have a nice day or your welcome or she doesnt even a smile shes just very rude and after the bug found in my food I’ll never return there again. Warning you guys check your food carefully or dont even waste your money.

My experience with the food was horrible…I ended up throwing most of the food away. I don’t like to waste but I was afraid of getting sick. The Orange Chicken sauce was tasteless and consistency like a thick glue. The rice …was supposed to be a pork fried yellow rice. Old, dry and again…didn’t see any other ingredients noted in description. I can’t go on…wasted $16.

There is something spectacular here and I hate that this spot isn’t getting more recognition.
I knew by the dumplings (fried and steamed) that this place was my precious. It’s always clean in there, the fridge ISN’T sticky , the bathroom doesn’t have the toilet paper or extra sodas stocked in it . Their kitchen is literally an open Kitchen. You can see the entire thing!!! That might be a little on the petty side, but some arguments petty or not must be outlined. It’s clean and clutter free.
Reasonable prices here, across the street from where Save a lot on kecoughtan used to be. This is a great place.
You do have the option to sit inside and eat, I have several times, but that’s all on a comfort level. I highly recommend No.1 kitchen. You won’t be disappointed.

I tried this for the first time today and had a horrible experience. I ordered Kung pao chicken and there was barely CHICKEN! How? There were no peppers and more celery than anything. I went to return the food and this little lady argued with me for 3 minutes before replacing my order when I already called ahead and was told I can get a different order. Horrible service and food, keep your money in your pocket it’s not worth it!

Bought Shrimp egg fue young,I the new face in there said it will be ten minutes, but it was only maybe 4 minutes,I feel like my food was heated up and not fresh, because the onion was dry and hard like rubber, it didn’t take like that before,this was Dec/ 20/2023 the meal wasn’t fresh at all.

It’s just a carry out kitchen but they have the best food. My family and I order from time to time. Sorry everyone, they must have gotten a new cook. Food gave me diarrhea for 2 days in a row and I won’t be going there any time soon.

They were open on Christmas day. Ordered vegetable lo mein and fried shrimp. Everything was good. They always prepare meals fast and well cooked. Was tired of traditional holiday food and they provided a respite from the same ole same ole. Customer service is usually good. You can call in your order or go into the restaurant and order. Great Chinese fast food.
