Do, NOT use Hanni’s Pizza in Castleford. Me and my husband have used this place for the past 5 years and have recommended it to sooo many people. Safe to say I will never give any of my money to this place again.
After ordering a pizza tonight, we got two pizzas and my pizza wasn’t the correct one. So we rang the take away and asked if they could send the correct pizza out, the food was already 20minute past the max wait time by this point and we had been waiting an hour and half for it, so we were very hungry! Another 30 minutes passed with no sign of the pizza. So we rang and asked what the deal was. It had just been made and hadn’t even been sent out yet. So my husband politely explained that we’d like a refund for the one pizza. The guy on the phone said we’ll sort it. I then realised that they hadn’t explained how I’d get a refund. So I rang them back, just explaining the situation and asking how I would receive the refund. The man on the phone laughed throughout the entire conversation and literally said he didn’t know how I’d get the money. He then said “I don’t have time to speak to you”. So I asked him to repeat himself and asked if he’d just said he doesn’t have time for me, he proceeded to get very angry and explained how he was very busy with other orders, didn’t have time to speak to me, wasn’t bothered about my custom because they get plenty of orders elsewhere and patronisingly said several times, if I want to come into the shop they will give me 5 pounds. (Which doesn’t even cover the cost for the pizza) Suggesting that I was being pathetic for even asking. I told him I won’t be doing that and put the phone down as he began to shout at me down the phone. Never in my life have I been spoken to like that by anyone. Ps. The man was perfectly friendly and nice to my husband, apparently he just didn’t like me….. he also clearly never intended to give me a refund as apparently he had no clue how they would do that.
Please avoid at all costs, never been spoken to with such disrespect.

Absolutely disgusting. I’d advice no one orders from this place again. I’ve waited an hour n paid 24 pound for me my two kids n my partner some food and its dirty looks like it’s been cooked days ago and to top it Off they can’t even answer the phone so saying line busy straight After they delivered it!!
