Absolutely LOVE this place!! The food is seriously next level, everything we tried was so tender and flavorful. They have a smaller menu which makes it easier to choose, and you can even tell the agua frescas they offer are fresh made— delicious! The pork belly agua chile is a must try as well as their chicharon and beef rib tacos, but there are no wrong choices.
The service was awesome, very attentive while also letting you enjoy yourself. Even the chef was talking with us and made sure that we didn’t miss the complimentary salsa bar!
The restaurant itself was super clean and beautifully decorated! They have a spacious patio with fans which will be nice in the summer. We cannot wait to go back!!

In this day and age it’s so hard to exact meaningful change. As far as I can tell this business is not registered with the BBB and so I am posting this review here. I came here today with my kid to have a simple meal. While the service and ambience was great, the food was flavorless and way overpriced ($7.5 for a street taco??? In Tucson??? GTFO).

However my real issue was the exposed, dangling and still active electrical outlet directly behind the bench where my kid was sitting. When alerted, the staff seemed not at all concerned about this and so we left, paying our bill in full, never to return. This place is to be avoided at all costs. Just look at the pictures and take a moment to reflect on what could have happened in the blink of an eye. I’m so disheartened and ashamed to have this restaurant in our neighborhood.

Nice server. Unassuming location and nothing fancy but clean and soooo tasty! The meet is incredible, tee the chicharron, asada and shaved rib. Love the unique salsa flavors, pickled onions and other fresh toppings.

Casa Asada is hands down the best taco spot in Tucson. We tried the short rib, adobada, asada and the Lorenza. All of the tacos were delicious. The adobada has amazing flavor and tender meat. The carne asada was extremely tender and has a delicious mesquite char flavor. The short ribs were tender and the flavor was indescribable. You can eat the ribs of the bone til their clean. The guacamole on the Lorenzo was a perfect match with the asada. We also got the esquites were incredible and the tajin mayo was a perfect mix in. The green chile charred salsa was our favorite but all the condiments at their salsa bar complimented their food to perfection. We are big foodies and Mexican food is our favorite and we haven’t found any place in Tucson that rivals Casa Asada.

Deeeelicious food, cozy ambiance, great service. The tacos were on the larger side which I loved for the price. The pork belly was a great recommendation from the server. The drinks were absolutely delicious too! Oh and the taco toppings were self serve with many options. Will def be back!

I had the worst tacos ever. The waitress was super nice until she saw the dissatisfaction on my face, she said you didn’t like it? I said no, she says, sorry, I didn’t make it. No offer of discount or anything, just merely an, oh well, too bad. The cook was more concerned with the game on the tv. We got meats taken out of a steam table that were probably cooked 4 hours before and put onto cold tortillas. One of the worst was the adobada corn tortilla , a thick cold corn tortilla that seemed was from Safeway. The cook couldn’t even heat it up and soften it on a flat top. This restaurant can’t even smash a ball of fresh corn masa and cook it on a comal made to order. We don’t want to interrupt the cooks football game. The other terrible product was the dried beef, it was greasy and chewy, it gets stuck in your teeth. It tasted really old. I gave it two bites to confirm, couldn’t finish it. $22 for 4 of the worst tacos in Tucson, what a shame. The churro cart across the street was better quality. Not putting down the churro stand… These were delicious churros! I expected much better quality not steam table assembled tacos. You might as well have a robot assemble the tacos.
Everything should be made fresh for those prices. The tortillas can be easily made from scratch by hand.
Where is a good taco truck when you need one? Could have had better tacos for half the price…

The food was very good. The coyota and ice-cream was delicious. The place is quite small parking is restricted but the food and the customer service made up for it all. We had a big group and right away they made it work. Great people!

Perfection on a tortilla. Casa Asada is my absolute go-to for a quick lunch bite, or as a nice dinner spot, especially for out-of-towners. All meats are mesquite grilled and cooked to order quickly. The chicharron is the best in town, bar none. Frozen margs are fantastic with all fresh lime juice. They do their menu perfectly, that is, nothing is extra is on it, and nothing on it is bad. Give it a shot, you really won’t regret it.
