Finally got to try this food truck! I called to order, was ready in 10 minutes (3 full meals). We ordered the 3 taco dinner (asada) and two asada burritos. The asada is so tender. The tortillas are fresh and soft. The rice is good but the refried beans are phenomenal! The tomatillo sauce (green sauce) is flavored excellent! I like my green sauce a little spicy but that okay I know alot of folks do not. The burritos are large and delicious! Rebecca said the asada and cheese go really well together and sets the burrito off. Highly recommend. Delicious Hispanic food. I grew up in ligonier and half the population is Hispanic, probably more, and alot Hispanics in ligonier are actually from aguascalientes (hot water) Mexico. Im not stranger to authentic Mexican food and let me tell you what, this food truck be slappin baby.

Literally so exquisite. Good home cooked meal that makes you feel warm inside. Genuinely just something so so good. The quesadilla campechana was life altering along with the elote. Delicious food and great service! They were very polite and great with modifications. Simple menu – not too overwhelming. It was made to order, but even then they didn’t take very long. Good portion sizes and fair prices. We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

You gotta come here. After passing it so many times, we finally decided to stop. Now I’m regretting all the wasted time NOT going. The food and service are outstanding, and real! We had a tray of Al Pastore tacos and will be back to work our way through the menu. It’s worth every dime. I can’t say enough good things… HIGHLY recommend!!!

I visited this food truck when they were at Radar Brewing on August 27, 2025. I paid for my order at the beginning of a round of trivia. I went to get my food at the end of the round, approx 10-15 minutes later. As I walked out the door the truck was driving out of the parking lot. I had not been told they were closing soon upon ordering. I went to the bar to ask if the truck employee had maybe brought my food inside, but couldnt find me and left it with the bar. That was not the case. I have since tried to reach out about a refund, but have been unsuccessful.
