Izzy was the waitress tonight and she was by far the best one I have ever had from any restaurant an any state. She was polite and had the refills without having to ask for it. She also served the first slice and the cheese pull was great. Pizza was ready to eat when it arrived at a great temperature, I had sausage and that was the best sausage I have ever had. The crust was cooked to perfection and wasn’t burnt. I would definitely recommend them and would eat here again in a heartbeat.

If you’re anywhere near Willis Tower in Chicago and don’t stop at Giordano’s, you’re genuinely missing out on a proper Chicago experience.
After soaking in the views from the top of Willis Tower, we walked across at Giordano’s pizza. The deep dish here isn’t just pizza; it’s an event.
We ordered the chicken deep dish with selective toppings, and wow. Perfectly baked golden crust, layers of rich, stretchy cheese, juicy chicken, and a beautifully balanced tomato sauce on top. Every bite felt indulgent without being overwhelming. It’s hearty, comforting, and exactly what you hope Chicago deep dish will be.
But what truly made the experience exceptional was Izzy. She was absolutely awesome so lively, warm, and genuinely enthusiastic. She recommended the Mai Tai, which turned out to be the perfect pairing: refreshing, slightly tropical, and strong enough to complement that heavy, cheesy goodness. Her energy elevated the whole meal attentive without hovering, friendly without being over the top.
Great food is one thing. Great service makes it unforgettable. Between the iconic location, that legendary deep dish, and Izzy’s vibrant service, this was hands down one of the highlights of our time in Chicago.
10/10 — would cross the street from Willis Tower for it again.

I visited Chicago for the first time this weekend, I heard so many great things about this restaurant. I’m so glad i decided to try it. The food was good, I ordered the cheese triangles, the garlic bread & a 10inch deep dish. The only negative comment I have is that the pizza took a long time to come out. We got the appetizers in less than 10 minutes but the pizza took about 45 minutes to come out. We noticed other customers that were already there when we got seated also were waiting for their orders as well.

Everytime I am in Chicago I make a pilgrimage to hit this location…was not what I expected, seemed dead compared toy last three visits. I was seated and almost ten minutes later the server finally came to my table…took my drink order and lunch order. Food came out as pictured below, salad was great, pizza was warm but not hot…and the bottom crust was tough… tried to explain it but decided server was not getting my point. It was also the wettest I had ever had, must have had extra sauce. Paidy bill and headed out.

Service was polite, professional, happy and attentive. Food was delicious, I’ve been eating Giordanos for 40 years, still delicious. We tried the mozzarella sticks, beef sandwich, stuffed special pizza. I had one of their cocktails, can’t remember which one, but we were all satisfied with the food. They even had a photographer taking pictures (which I bought) and that was good quality too. We came for lunch after going to the Skydeck across the street. So it was a great day
