I like wawa and this wawa is cool…the issue I have with it is that it’s inconvenient to drive to coatesville from the parking lot…i have to drive around the building and I personally don’t like driving their parking lot or the road to exit/enter…

This is my daily stop for breakfast. I can get in and out efficiently. Most of the time they have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches. The staff is very nice.

The manager at this Wawa was shouting multiple times for no reason while making my drink, then handed me a cup full of syrup that wasn’t even mixed. When I asked her to remake it, she shouted again and refused. When I asked for her name, she yelled as well. If you think her face looks bad wait until she opens her mouth. The male employee who started making it was equally unprofessional. This location needs a serious cleanup of its management and staff.

Tried to get my order fixed and it turned into every single worker screaming at me and humiliating me because they can’t be corrected by customers without in appropriate confrontational responses. It’s very alarming and there was racial remarks made towards me because I’m white. Or so they thought, little so they know I have Native American indigenous blood. Just because a person less dark than you comes in your job and makes specific requests does not mean you can call them something that has other meaning. I wasn’t recording anybody nor was I asking for manger’s. Lmao in fact the one on duty stood behind me and defended his screaming crew members who then Threw lettuce at me, and told me to never come back. Because that’s up to them. Lmao. At the end of it all I was met in the parking lot by both very sympathetic and very enraged customers who watched it all happen and one by one apologized to me. Nobody who worked there apologized or diffused the situation. I get coffee every single day at Wawa and have for years. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this location it’s very dangerous. Go up the street more it’s worth it.

Food orders are never right. Italian hoagies without any meat at all. Avoid like the plague. Unable to refund without driving back to the store. Food order staff seem new or constantly distracted behind the counter. Sheetz EASILY beats Wawa.

At least a year update to the below: crown title of the worst Wawa in SEPA goes to this dumpster fire.
Like finally have a gas station close to home and on my daily commuting route. Unfortunately, the management at this location seems to not staff very well. Every time I am there they only have one cashier and the line is over 5 people deep. Ton of employees making the mediocre food though. Hopefully they figure it out.

Edit: one year later and marginally better in some ways but still the worst run Wawa I go to. I wouldn’t go here at all if I didn’t literally drive past every time I go somewhere. Please restock your drink cooler. The same things have been empty for over a week.
